I shopped hear about once a week. Got a vape that didn't work at all and I didn't get a receipt ( never thought I would need it) but I used my debit card which you would think they could look up because it was only one day later. They refused to exchange it even tho I described the person who sold it to me and he knew exactly who I was talking about and I bought 3 vapes that day! The employee with the lighter brown beard was very rude about it. He is always a little rude but I usually ignore him because it must suck to work at a vape shop anyways. I won't be going back and neither will the 3 other people I told. If you don't like your job just quit don't spread your misery to customers.
