*** update*** Someone from this location responded to my review apologizing and suggesting that I ask a team member to remake my drink if I'm not satisfied... but that defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time so I can just grab and go if I was in a rush, most times I do mobile orders during my lunch break so I have time to head back to work... I'm not wasting time waiting on someone to remake a simple drink they could've done right the first time. Thank you customer service for your unhelpful suggestion!! Oh and I went back to that Starbucks a couple of weeks later and once again they gave me the wrong order (ordered the falafel pocket, got a chicken gouda pocket and I have a dairy allergy!!) ***original review*** I've been holding off on posting a review for a while now just hoping that order accuracy would get better at some point but today was it for me. This location is usually my go-to Starbucks even though 9 times out of 10 they get the order wrong (not exaggerating) I have a sensitivity to drinks and food being either too hot or too cold so I usually order drinks with light ice or warm, this location almost always sends out my drinks steamed hot and with full ice (see the picture from Wednesday afternoon 19-feb-2025)... From now on I'd rather make the drive to westminster or wherever else to get my orders made properly. This's not rocket science guys!!

Ordered a Venti Caramel Frap with extra caramel drizzle, none on the sides of the cup(you can't drink/utilize it with stuck to the side of the cup) all at the bottom(they even repeated ot back to me because they didn't seem to understand it initially so I explained). What I received was some weird drink that kinda resembled a caramel frap but had a different lid, no whip, a standard amount of caramel, none at the bottom, and the sides plastered with drizzle. So I said "excuse me but I ordered this with extra drizzle and none on the sides." So they offered to take it back and remake it, which they did. What they gave back was different, but just as bad šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø Not to mention this one tasted "off" somehow. I've ordered this exact drink this exact way for probably over a decade and 99.9% of places never have a problem getting it right. The Starbucks in town at Target are similarly bad at getting a simple order correct; maybe same owners šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø I dunno

I received gift cards from the parents of the children I take care.So I generally don't come Starbucks because they are to pricey for me. This made me the most disappointed because the bacon was not even cooked! It was just folded up in between the sandwich so you couldn't even see it. Also in the picture it clearly shows two pieces of bacon? Certainly didn’t look like the picture on the menu where the bacon looked crispy. Don't plan on returning even if I get gift cards. I'll regift then

I received gift cards from the parents of the children I take care.So I generally don't come Starbucks because they are to pricey for me. So I’m not familiar with the menu and I figured I’d try two different things incase I didn't like one. Friendly staff 70% of the time. Have not had an issue until the last few times, they’ve made my drink wrong and when I address the fact, it’s dismissed, then treated like an annoyance to remake my 7$ beverage correctly. It’s uncomfortable to confront the situation at all, so when the baristas are making excuses and treating you like it’s you’re fault it’s cold and un inviting. Ones glaring at me from the side looking like I’m crazy for saying ā€œ this isn’t my drink.ā€ I don’t think I’ll go back to this spot. It’s a shame, but they keep making my drink wrong. And I don’t like feeling like I’m on egg shells trying to get it fixed. I would rather avoid the situation completely. I felt disrespected the other day when they laid my credit card on the counter to sit like it was a danish. I ordered in the drive through, my total is always the same it was off this time. I’m trying to tell her while water is pouring in my car. I say I’ll park and come in out of respect for not damaging it. I walk over to the cashier and they point me to pick up on the other side where my card sat atop my beverages, one of which was not even my beverage. Instead of a greeting when I came in, it was a ā€œ you’re stuffs over there..ā€ I literally was like there’s something wrong with the order the totals off, and they are still insisting it’s fine. Oblivious and combative baristas don’t mix with the Starbucks experience. Customization is key to the brand, and when paying what you do it should be made right or remade until it is without snide comments or gestures...

Demeaning Customer Service- Today (12/30) at 1:20p, after waiting 8 minutes in the drive through, I ordered a ā€œlargeā€ iced oat milk chai latte. The lady over the microphone asked me to repeat my size, I repeated ā€œlargeā€. She asked me a second time. After my 3rd time repeating the size, I realized she was badgering me to say ā€œventiā€. It’s not that she could not understand me, it was that the wanted me to adapt to Starbucks language and would not allow me to order until I said ā€œventiā€. Once I said ā€œventi, she continued, with an uppity tone , to give me the price of my drink and asked me to pull forward. I pulled off because for a customer service rep or barista to be so rude and mocking, as if she enjoys belittling others, well that’s just not an environment I can support. Is this how Starbucks trains their staff to treat customers or are there just a few rude, stuck up individuals giving them a bad name? Anyways, if she could be that antagonizing over the term ā€œlargeā€, why would I trust her to deliver my drink professionally. I had always had good service at this location, so I was surprised to...
