The Bodega 856 — Local services in Pennsauken Township

This is the corner store that has it all! Everything from cereal, Dominican vanilla, hot sauce, protection from having a baby, diapers for when you didn't use that protection, and a kick @$$ kitchen in the back. You walk back and put in an order, get a ticket, grab a drink, go to the front to pay, then head back to pick up your order. I got a cheesesteak with onions and hot peppers. I am going to say it was a really good cheesesteak for like $5.50. For an extra charge you can get extra meat which I'll probably do next time cause I am a fatty. Roll held up and the contents were cheesy and wet and delicious. Didn't require ketchup but you can add that if you like that. I also got the Bodega Sauced wings which come with fries. Wings were the perfect size and crispy. The sauce is like a mild spicy bbq honey sauce. Very enjoyable. All for about $13 bucks, you'll be feeling full and satisfied! I had a bad review about 2 months ago but they have improved so much so I had to come back and change my review. The young lady who I believe is co-owner is EXCELLENT. She always has a smile welcoming her customers in and accommodating us. The young man and woman that cook the food in the back most days are always respectful. It’s one darker skinned lady cook that needs some customer service training, she never smiles and one day I was just trying to get my food and she had a heart attack because I left my food ticket in the car, but she isn’t the worst. The food is good most days, a few days I’ve definitely gotten old rice since it was really hard to chew. As long as I lived around this store. I've never been there. 1 day I was hungry and I wanted breakfast and I decided to try them and when I tell you. They have a dedicated customer now. I do not know the lady's name who cooks in the back. But she is 👌 ever since I had her breakfast every chance I get, I try to make it there to get my breakfast now lol. Those pancakes are nice, buttery and fluffy like I like them. My eggs are always done the way that I asked them to be and let's not get on the bacon very good, tasty to the crisp.I will definitely always go here for my breakfast.
