I do not live in Pennsauken , I was babysitting for my daughter. She mentioned doing a take out from Montegrillo. It was my first time eating their food . From the phone call ordering , to my last bite it was perfect ! We got the chicken fingers & fries which was huge amount , And couple cheese steaks & fries. I can't say enough good things about it ! I got a cheese steak hoagie it was absolutely delicious , it came very hot and not soggy at all to the very end ! What was pretty impressive were the fries ... I just HAVE TO say something about the food and service and the delivery people. Montegrillo Cucina Italiana. I've probably had everything on their menu, and some special order from the kitchen also. My personal go-to is their white pizza, just plain, but it is by far the absolute best I've ever had. Do yourself a favor, and visit Montegrillo's. They will welcome you like a family member or a long lost friend. No matter what you order, you will definitely be totally satisfied with it. I'm sure they work very hard, but the high price for the food isn't worth the low quality. The pizza isn't anything to brag about - you can find way better pizza at Fabrizios just down the street. I've tried most things on the menu over the years and I just don't think its worth it for high price they charge. The food tastes bland and I think the recipes need to be revised.
