The worst place I've visited, my first purchase was a puppy which they sold me saying that I had papers and that they would send them to me and I never received them I went again and took another puppy which they told me the same and I asked them about my other puppy and they told me that I could not register it because it was mixed what is a brazenness Aggressive and misconducted animals and do not want to return money they make a thousand excuses sincerely I do not recommend this place is my worst investment $7,000 in two puppies that I cannot register and it seems to me a hoax and if I had the opportunity I would sue them for fraud and sale of animals in poor condition, aggressive and they sell them with deception Have a little dignity and stop stealing people their money and talk to the truth when selling animals what a shame that they are so irresponsible in addition to selling products according. Don't buy animals in this place it's a hoax they sell you mixed puppies at extremely high prices and they don't tell you the truth. I bought two puppies a total of $7,000 and it was a terrible investment this place is a fraud I keep waiting for the papers of my puppies and their only excuse is that they feel it but that they are mixed and that I will have to go to a doctor and say that they are emotional support and apart from that they do not want to return the money...

Me and my wife Jennifer having been bringing our dog since a puppy as of last year and we couldn't be more thankful for the workers there now SPECIFICALLY Karen, Michelle, Natalie, Deb and Cam who I see personally taking care of and running that store. However it's evident they are overworked, underpaid and short staffed. This is not the first but second time i've taken my large dog home and he has been covered in his own urine and feces because they are constantly taking care of the store running it correctly however they can only do so much. They need more help to ensure this is the wonderful environment we've come to know that it is for our boy. My dog today was in the trust of one person running the kennels, his collar was placed entirely wrong and sat in his own urine drenched as if he was left there the entire time only to then be just handed off to us with no explanation. That worker was not mentioned above and clearly shows he does not care about the dogs there. Those who do go the extra mile for us, not only deserve more but better employees who match their enthusiasm because THEY are the reason we keep coming back to support this...

I have been taking my dog here ever since she was little. Her haircuts are nice and everything but she always comes out jumpy and scared after a visit, even showing distress upon entering the store. We didn't have another place to go to, so we couldn't do much. Taking her here made it hard for us to get her into the routine of brushing her teeth and her fur and I have no doubt something happened behind those doors. The last time we took her here she was cut on the paw. We were told she had bled a little from one employee and then that she never bled from another; one of the employees even got irritated and rude to us when we asked why the stories were different. And we still had to pay $90+ when her paw got cut?? That's taking money even when you know you did a poor job. Her paw is still sensitive even now and started bleeding AGAIN the other day. On top of that, she has two ticks on her; this isn’t the first time she has gotten ticks right after coming here. I would not recommend taking your dog here. Poor service, maintenance, and job. Please take your dog somewhere else...
