if i could give the office a big ZERO I would. loved dr. miller but the rest of the people I unfortunately had to talk with are not on the same page. each person has a new rule/office policy...had one office visit for right foot pain on 7/12 . told to buy better shoes for walking and an xray was ordered to check for stress fracture and a follow up appointment was made for a month from now. SO I did buy the shoes I was instructed to buy & 4 days later 7/16 call office to get results...told I can make appt to come in for results. told them my husband is in hospital can you please just ask dr to call me & I won't be here leave message on answering machine because my foot is still hurting and now I am walking around a hospital limping...then told doctor doesn't call you with results must make an appointment...so made appointment for same day 7/16 to see dr. miller at 11:30 am. decided to go to hospital myself and get report....got report, says nothing wrong, canceled appointment with dr. miller for that day because husband having procedure and I need to be at hospital. called today 7/17 to make new appointment because foot is hurting worse and then told have to wait till next week dr. only in on fridays.....WHAT? yesterday was tuesday and now dr only in on fridays AND I have to wait over a week to find out if there is anything I should be doing to alleviate this pain....wrap, ice ? so I am gone to go to a new foot doctor :0( Note: after all this someone did email me my results but the page could not be opened. I got the report and disk and will be looking elsewhere for an office that truly cares about their patients NOT their bank...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVisited Cornerstone Foot& Ankle today for the very first time due to chronic pain in my feet and lower extremities, and I gotta say it was a pleasant experience from Start to finish the staff was super helpful and attentive, and genuinely concerned with making sure you had a good experience and that all your needs and concerns were addressed, I was very pleased with Dr. Brandon and how he listened to all my concerns and believe me I had some concerns that had me more than a little worried, because not only were they about the pain I've been living with and enduring for quite some time now, but most importantly I was worried that Dr. Brandon wouldn't be helpful to me securing a accomodation for my job, because I knew in my heart that if I couldn't secure an accomodation that I may have to make a decision to leave my job I've held for quite some time due to cross training into department's that wouldn't be a good fit for me health wise, considering my ongoing issues with my feet and legs that IMO I believe with Dr. Brandon's expertise in his field will at least be manageable going forward but unfortunately something that I'll just have to learn to live with, but at least I left my visit today in better spirits than when I arrived and certainly more optimistic about future results, I recommend Cornerstone Foot & Ankle as a practice worth considering if for nothing else but the attention and welcoming atmosphere your sure to experience, I can only hope to be able to able to be a patient that can build a relationship with the practice as long as I can afford to keep up with it, in...

The entire staff was so helpful, right from the start with the lovely lady that answered the phone to schedule the appointment to the intake ladies to Dr Schlakman. I had a horrible experience just two days prior with another pediatrist from Penn and was about to give up hope that anyone could help me or even listen to my plight. Cornerstone has reignited my faith in the medical field again! I can not thank them enough for letting me not only be heard but taking the time to explain my situation in terms that my layman's ears could handle. 10 out of...
