Quest Diagnostics — Local services in Pennsville Township

The automated phone system and website are terrible to make a reservation on. It will tell a time that is open for your appointment but when you agree to the time it will tell you it's not available. The website was the same, the time boxes that were not shaded in means open time slots but it wouldn't let you pick one. The employees were really nice and efficient, I checked in as a walk-in thinking I would have to wait but I only waited about 5 minutes. The young lady that waited on me was kind and got me out...

My husband, had crucial bloodwork needed. He had a 7:00a.m. appt. We came about 6:40, and planned to wait for opening. People began to come, they waited, also. There were at least 7. Seven o'clock came, no one. A fella showed up at 7:35! He said, he was from Mt. Laurel. They needed the regular person somewhere else. It was not this guys fault about the lateness. They called him late! This is poor communication and bad management Always thought this was a really great location....
