The UPS Store — Local services in Pennsville Township

Twice I’ve drove this location to drop off Amazon packages for return. The first trip the worker said I needed to have the items packaged not how it was delivered to me (bunches of items in one box not multiples boxes). So I took the packages of underwear home to get a box.

Second trip, I had the items in boxes (3 separate boxes) and the worker said they needed to be sealed. To seal the boxes cost a $1.00. To get return to Amazon and a refund, I just paid $1.00 to get rid of the unwanted items ordered from Amazon.

For years and at various other locations, I’ve never had to have items from Amazon packaged and surely never had to pay anything. I won’t be back to this location; I’ll drive to PA or DE before coming back here.

Plus the workers talk on a phone via airbuds while working with customers, so you don’t know if they are talking...

I went in on a Monday to ask for a price to send an item I had all the information of weight and size and the lady that was there told me it would be 23.00 dollars with bubble wrap packaging. I did not make it back to the store till Thursday the same week and there was a man employee I told him the price I was quoted and he proceeds to tell me that the shipping would be 26 dollars which I said ok it was still around the same price as the lady quoted me. Then he charges me 15 dollars for a small box and he says pack materials . I told him why was he charging me a different price and so much just for packing materials mind you this item only weigh 1.34 pounds . Don’t go to this location. I feel he over charged me this is not fair when I was already told a price for shipping….. Will be looking for a different location to send my...
