I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Subway located inside the Walmart in Pennsville Township, NJ, and I must say that my experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a level of service that left a lasting impression.

I ONLY GIVE THIS 1 STAR BECAUSE THE WALMART IS ACTUALLY LOCATED AT ADDRESS STATED BUT AS FOR ANYTHING ELSE THIS STORE IS UNPROFFESSIONAL, DISFUNCTIONAL, UNORGAGNIZED, AND BORDERING ON FELONIOUS. THEY WILL SELL YOU ELECTRONICS THAT DONT WORK, DONT HAVE PROPER PLUGS AND THEN TELL YOU EVEN WITH RECEIPT THAT THEY DONT WANNA EAT THE COST SO THEY ARENT TAKING IT BACK AND THAT WAS THE EXACT WORDING USED TO ME AND MY HUSBAND WHEN THEY SOLD US A FITBIT WITH NO PLUG TO CHARGE IT AND NO WAY TO GET THE CHARGING PLUG FOR IT FROM THEM. THEY BLATANTLY LIED ABOUT WHO THE MANAGER IN CHARGE WAS AND IS, THEY LIED ABOUT ME GETTING IT OFF THE SHELF WHEN IT WAS LOCKED IN COUNTER AND CARRIED TO REGISTER BY EMPLOYEE, LIED ABOUT WHO THAT EMPLOYEE WAS THAT DELIVERED IT TO THE REGISTER IN ORDER FOR ME TO PAY FOR IT VIA MY CREDIT CARD AND WAS REFUSED THE CONTACT INFO FOR THE ACTUAL MANAGER AND NOT JUST SOME SHIFT LEADER. I have been very disappointed with the Pennsville, NJ Walmart lately. I am not exactly sure what has happened here within the last month or two, but they store shelves are empty.

I understand that shelves go empty and need to be restocked but this store has taken it to a whole new level. I have been going there particularly for Healthy Choice frozen meals. The frozen section for this is almost entirely empty and has been for over 2 weeks. If you go through the drink section you will find multiple large sections void of products. This is prevalent throughout the whole store from bikes to beans.

I am not the only one who has recognized this. My father has also visited this store multiple times to get his products only to find empty selves where his products would be located. As I walk though out the store and mumble disappointment under my breath, I look around and see other customers that feel the same.

So today I finally got fed up and spoke to a manager and found out that they have cut the overnight stocking shift. I told him that it obviously is not working and needs to get them back.

I am going back later this week to see if anything has changed and hopefully get my products. I will be sure to take pictures and add them to this review. Hopefully, I will be posting pictures of full shelves. But I wouldn't bet on it.
