Well I've used this place several times one of the local restaurants 34th time I've gone there now for dinner around 8:00. Hot and sour soup is completely awful it tastes like duck sauce. Vegetables are mushy poor preparation compared to the other two Chinese restaurants I literally threw away the dinner I ordered. The last two times hoping it was better. But disappointed the egg rolls are bland over greasy. Container of soup 10 wings and two egg rolls was the only thing halfway decent was their flavored wings. The people are very nice. But I wish once in a while they would go to other restaurants in the area and do a comparison so they can improve or lose even more customers sadly I won't be going back my dog wouldn't even...

Didn't get any food, placed an order of $70 worth of food, asked for paper plates over the phone, the woman demanded to know how many people would be eating because she couldn't give out too many paper plates. I told her I don't know, 10? She said 10 people eating? That's crazy! So I said you know what if you didn't charge my card yet, just cancel my order. If you cannot offer 10 paper plates for a substantial food order, then I just can't order from here. Woman on the phone was so rude, and I was just taken aback by this. I have little ones, so I portion out in paper plates, and it helps with cleanup. Insane experience but pretty comedic they are willing to lose $70 over a few paper...

Ordered for the first time tonight and got general tso chicken. The "sauce" was just a watery broth with no flavor. Since it was watery it soaked the coating to the chicken and made it mushy. Uneatable. Went back to try and explain why I didn't like it and was told I took to long before eating it(?) A sauce doesn't magically turn into water in the time it would take to pick up and drive home. Tried to explain that it being bad isn't on me, that the Orient and welcome doesn't look like that even the next day leftovers, but the one redeeming thing was they offered to remake it. Still wasn't very good. But was good enough customer service to give it a two...
