Subway — Restaurant in Pennsville Township

Ordered through the app and it was delivered via door dash! Spent 124 and some change to feed my large family! Once the food arrived I knew there was a problem! Opened the bags and was missing quite a bit of food! Opened said food that was delivered to find it was very poorly made and not at all as requested! Went online to find the stores direct number. Called said number only to find that it’s not a working number! So I called the Walmart the subway is in and had asked the front desk associate if she could give me a hand in getting the correct number and why! She was more than happy to assist. She came on the phone gave me the number and I called , call 1 no answer rang 15 times , call 2 no answer rang 10 times , call 3 no answer picked up and hung up on @ the 4th ring, call 4 called rang 4 times picked up and hung up on , call 5 from different number no answer rang 10 times , call 6 from another number picked up and hung up on @ the 4th ring. So that lead me to calling back Walmart and once again speaking to the front desk and explaining the situation and asking if she could possibly go see if there was a manger on duty for me! She put me on hold went over came back to the phone said no he will be in around this time , but the person working did state she knew why you were calling a she is not dealing with it! Hmm ok! So not only did you mess up an entire order , you don’t care to rectify it or attest to it and it’s supposed to just be ok! Noooo! So when the manager came in he text my phone I have seen shots I’ll post if need be! He expected me to put in a small order for free a small sandwich and one bowls and two cookies , like that’s going to compensate for over 100 dollars worth of food , more then half missing an the rest made horrible ! He stated he has employees who don’t care about their jobs and he is struggling trying to stay open! I said well if that is the case I have and know someone whom is a hard worker and will not do that to you and she has experience in Subway! He agreed and said he could not talk but being her Monday ! Ok cool and I was willing to forgo the entire issue and help him prevent this from happening again! Ya know you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours! Anyway , Monday came and something came up let him know we would stop up Thursday! We go I let my DIL go over by herself and give him the Info and why she is there! She says hello my name is so and so I’m here for the job, he tells her we are not really hiring but I’ll take your info! So I walked over and asked her what happened and he said who are you and I stayed whom I was and he snapped he goes you don’t have to be rude , I said I’m not but I can be and what’s the problem. … he starts in his rant I never told you I’d hire her for your complaint , I said no buddy you proclaimed you could not find god help and that was the reason for the issues with my order. You stated you were struggling to stay afloat and I said I understand cause I run. A business also and that we could come to an alternate arrangement because I know how it is and you agreed and now you are going back on what you said and basically robbing me of my money. So he just was yelling at me and turned to my DIL and tore the paper up with her info and said I will not hire you because we don’t tolerate this bs here! No you just rob people and sell crappy product as well don’t train people properly! So my husband calls him when he gets home and he tries to spin it all on me and tells my husband he will not hire her and he will not refund anything or give us any credits nothing and I can take it up with my. And which I will because I she the texts to prove it! Him begging me to not take it up with my bank but to accept a 30 dollar credit on a 123 dollar...

Ive been eating subway all my and I've always loved the cookies until i visited this place. Now I understand why the place was so empty. This is not the quality we have came to know and love. Thats why Zoagies got they foot on yall neck. He tried to lie and said they dont bake their own cookies. when i told him he lying he suggested that I put the hard and old cookies in the microwave. Once apon a time this WAS America and in THAT America this quality of service would not exist. If you at the Walmart in pennsville nj dont go to subway...

Normally this place is a 5 stars, when there’s usually a man making the sandwiches I have 0 complaints with him. He does an amazing job. But tonight, this is terrible, I’m not sure if the girl working tonight is new but I asked for extra tomato as you can see how that went by the picture but the worst of it is The bread is stale and hard!
