GameStop — Local services in Pensacola

Went there to trade in my xbox console for a ps4, employees very rude, said they had to do a cleaning service on my clean controllers and could only give me half what they were suppose to. Had my xbox around 4 years so it was a wee bit dusty. They went to blow on it and one of the guys ran over there grabbed my xbox and said he couldn't take it cause there was a dust ball in the grate which he then began to imply was a Roach and that my xbox was infested which I haven't seen a Roach in my house ever. Employees like those are the reason game stop is going out of business. Will never return. I just took all my stuff back went to the gamestop on 9 mile and traded all my items in without a issue. Dust ball was a piece of paper, didn't try to deduct half off my controller....

It was ok, but it's kinda nerve wrecking when it's you and another customer are the only one in the store and you have to wait, and wait and wait finally just turning around putting my items back on the shelf, and walking out. 12 min wait for nothing because the customer and employee are having a long in depth conversation about a video game. I understand each customer is different when it comes to customer service but that was straight ridiculous, no acknowledgment of " hey I will be with you in a moment or nothing" just steady talking to each other while I kept looking at my watch. Game stop why do you post that you will have prismatic surprise box and 151 blooming waters in stock in store then I waited 3 hrs for GameStop to open on release of prismatic surprise box and blooming waters for the worker to come then tell everyone he has none of prismatic or 151 blooming waters only pre orders, just why have this advertisement just for us to waste our time and wait on a line for hours just to say we don't have any ?
