Went today to pick up 12 pizzas for a hungry crew of high schoolers, called ahead (even though they are supposed to be "hot and ready" all the time) and the pizzas were to be picked up at 11:40am. When I arrive to pay, I am told that they had a problem with their oven and it would be 10 more minutes. I should park in the "15-minute" parking spots and they would bring it out. I wait and wait. Nothing. Finally, I get ahold of the manager, Josh, and am told that, "It is raining too hard now and I don't want to send out my people in this. The pizzas have been ready." Really? The supreme side was good. They took my pizza to remake it supposedly, but they didn’t, they took the pizza back and put a lot of old pepperoni on it. I literally mean OLD!! Read moreI had a T-Mobile $3 coupon but didn't know how to use the app so the Mgr on duty ordered the pizza for me. It was 8pm and online orders end at 8:30. I drive and parked and filled in my personal info and credit card info. By the time I got to the front of the line again at the drive-thru it was 8:30 they couldn't bring my order up in the computer. The Mgr wouldn't honor my coupon even though I had the code on my phone. She slammed the window in my face. Then I called customer service # who called the owner.
