This Firehouse sub store provided terrible service! We placed an online order. The messed up all of our subs. The didn’t put garlic on none of them which was suppose to have it on them. Cajun chicken sandwich barely had Cajun seasoning on it. Called to speak to a manager, and he had the nerve to say that they have garlic butter at the store. They burnt my son’s meatball sub as you can see! It seemed like these folk just made the sandwiches the way they wanted to make them, instead of listening to their customers! They even told my son when they went to pick up the order, to get the drinks we ordered out of the cooler yourself! “ We don’t get the drinks on a pickup order and put them in a bag!!” Customers work hard for their money, and should at least expect good customer service! I can see making a mistake or two, but to mess up the whole order, which consists of seven subs? The manager which I had spoken to was very sarcastic and condescending! We will NOT be ordering from this Firehouse , possibly all Firehouse stores ever again! We wanted just to give them a try, but now I believe that subway does a better job than they. Read moreI really like Firehouse subs. I placed an order through Waitr today and waited over an hour. My first call was about 15 min after my due time and Eric said it was due to arrive in 4 min. I waited 15 and called back again then he said the delivery just left. I don't know why I was told it would arrive in 4 minutes when it didn't. I know the main issue is with waitr. The complaint I'd want to make towards Firehouse is this sub (steak and cheese) sat there for about 50min before it was picked up for delivery and I don't feel it was quality I usually get in a sub from firehouse with the bread now soggy and cool from sitting. I did mention that to Eric and he just more or less said they did all they have to for orders placed through waitr. I said that's just poor customer service and attitude towards an upset customer. There was 2 young ladies sitting at the bar doing absolutely nothing but playing on their phones while another young lady was cleaning and maintaining the store. When I walked to the counter the other 2 ladies looked at me then went back to their phones while the other young lady cleaning stopped and came to take my order. I asked her for her name and she replied "Alida". Had Alisa not been good at her job I would have asked for the owners number and gave the man a peice of my mind about his employees. The young ladies at the counter sitting seemed like they could honestly care less about their jobs or the customers coming in.
