City of Peoria Municipal Court — Local services in Peoria

The worst courthouse in Arizona they don’t care about families these judges don’t care about doing the right thing for families at all my wife of 20 years. I have three kids with her. She’s going down a dark road with drugs and alcohol. She gets a restraining order army every single month for last five months she get some drops and get some drops and they don’t see nothing funny with that. I tell Peoria that I know for a fact she’s doing drugs I know for a fact she’s drinking so much she’s throwing up blood. What do they do? They don’t care they don’t make her take a drug test that she pulls the kids out of school. My kids aren’t even in school to two years that she said she’s going, but doesn’t do nothing. What does the judge do? Says go to family court he leaves the order protection doesn’t do nothing Literally nothing they want your family destroyed they do they don’t care about you. They’re heartless. All they care about is go to court now go get a family lawyer then go get a real estate lawyer to try to sell your assets then go get this lawyer to do this but you’re in there trying to squash an order protection that’s unjustified. I didn’t do nothing wrong to get it. There’s no violence whatsoever. When the person that got it is the one that was violent. The person that got the order protector, the one that Intoxicated that should not be around the kids at this current moment, but none of that matters the Peoria judges this...

Peoria Municipal charges more than any other court in Maricopa County. They added $300 to my $270 balance because I was 2weeks late although when I did pay it late, I paid $120 when I was only required to pay $25. Still, they tacked on the $300 and Judge refused to waive it. In another I was a victim. The person that robbed me was ordered to pay my restitution. This was ordered last December to be paid to me through the courts. I have yet to receive anything. Can I add penalties? No! But, I'm guessing the court can. However, I won't see it. Although I am the victim who was robbed [my purse grabbed in plain sight from a local drug addict known by local police] the Peoria Courthouse will keep any penalty fees added for missing payments. So I am being robbed twice in my opinion. And why should the thief be given a payment plan. I had my entire paycheck that I just cashed stolen. Grocery money, rent, everything taken in one instance. Yet, he can pay it back at his convenience. He should have to pay it all [which would mean getting a job] or go to jail! The court system is out for themselves and the victim comes after they get what they want. Oh, did I mention he was also fined $700 which they get paid 1st THEN the "struggling, hard-working" victim will start seeing restitution payments from the unemplyed, drug addict, thief. DOES...

I came to the courts to protect myself and my mother from a neighbor with a criminal record and bad history of being passive aggressive but got absolutely nothing put in place to protect my mother or myself. Needless to say after spending 4-8hrs gathering footage on SD card of the harassment only to have the judge not even look at it has me beyond words. I don't feel safe at my own property and I'm even more scared because this person was willing to lie in court and fabricate false claims to attempt to cause slander and defamation of charachter. I needed you lady justice and you failed me, after this experience I can say I wont ever be using the justice system to solve my conflicts ever again because it's a complete waste of time imo.

Update........ I would not ever recommend coming to this petty courthouse, next time id go straight to a higher court, this judge will straight hinder you from obtaining a protective order or injunction of harrasment and try pressure you into making a agreement instead thus completely wasting you time and enraging the aggressor even further.
