Farrels is a great workout and an even greater environment. The classes are fast at 45 minutes- either kickboxing or strength training- and they work you hard. The staff/instructors are amazing and uplifting and really encourage success. I love the alternating kickboxing and bands days- and I love that it’s not my choice, it’s what I have to do that day :) I have strength I never knew I could have- I have endurance I didn’t know I had in me.
