Usually a good time. This time however I stopped by to have a propane bottle filled. I parked by the propane station, walked all the way to the service desk and asked for help with the propane when I was told the filling station was "out of order". Frankly I didn't believe him and asked why there wasn't an out of order sign on it to save the hike back and fourth and was met with a dumb look. I'll drive miles out of my way, Washington, Pekin anywhere but here. Didn't go in this time just dropped off the little woman and sat in the parking lot. However, it was well lit, clean and the parking spaces...

Horrible if you need help with anything!! Spent almost an hour just trying to get someone to help with a very large item. Don't bother using the push buttons for help.. they ignore those! Finally got an employee to help load it on cart. He didn't even bother to take it to the front so we had to try pulling it. We are in our 60's. After eventually getting item paid for... NO EMPLOYEE WOULD HELP LOAD IT!!! Another customer came to our rescue. The item was a large heavy waterheater and we are females, senior citizens even!! Next time I plan on buying from Home Depot where I am sure we can get...

Great service to pets and people. But pricey, but different stuff to choose from. I wish they had better quality animal food at better prices. Mainly healthy animal food. Better selection. They are really great service at grooming! I always took my Pomeranian, Holly to them. She loved it! She knew she was going to get pretty! She felt pretty too! She had a big smile on her face! I miss that experience with her! So, thanks so much, Pet Smart for the great times for Holly and my memories, especially of her. R.I.P. Holly Berry Noel. Definitely be back...
