These guys are deceitful scammers. They speak in circle as to confuse the customer. They do not verbally fully disclose costs or extended plans. When I called to rectify the situation, they put me off claiming they had to speak with a manager and will get back to me the next day. They never took the initiative to call me back. They sold me a faulty product. I went back to exchange it and they exchanged it for a lower quality product. I didn't question it until I left the store. UGH! Now I have to back again. Due to them not fully disclosing what "changing my plan to a lesser monthly fee" really means, I now am stuck paying an extra $1000 for the next 2 years that I wouldn't have had to pay if they were honest and upfront from the start. They use terms like "free" and fail to mention activation fees, buyout fees, 2 years extended payments on their "Edge plan" and had me as the customer sign and initial the agreements quickly before I could think to raise any questions. Then when I realized what I actually had just signed up for, they have calculated avoidance techniques of "needing to run this by the district manger first" and then delaying action on my complaints until I no longer can wait or I have gone past the deadline for action. I worked with Ray at the time of purchase, what an asset to the company. This guy had multiple people there, asking for him by name and even more impressively he was able to recall his customers names as well. That shows a level of care that is found less and less.
When I called and asked for Ray he was off work but Nick was equally awesome to work with over the phone. I said okay, I'll call Ray tomorrow. Plenty of sales people would dismiss the burden of helping another sales persons customer, but Nick offered immediately to help. He looked up my data plan and was able to save me a few bucks a month by switching to the unlimited data plan. I have been a customer of the Digital Store for 5 plus years, and will continue to be their customer.
