T.J. Maxx — Local services in Peoria

Its so sad that here in Peoria Illinois our once large TJMaxx store has been reduced to the size of a janitors closet! Its so packed with merchandise that you feel like you are playing Jenga if you take anything off the shelf. There are huge boxes overloaded with merchadise just sitting in the middle of the store, its truely a disgusting feeling like you re searching through a garbage dump for something to wear or decorate your home with. We deserve better shopping conditions! This is deplorable conditions and for that reason I refuse to shop at the Peoria store. Our Marshalls is a bigger store and kept in better condition, HomeGoods is another disappointment due to moving into a store with such small square footage that its impossible to shop using a shopping cart. TJX you have failed the shoppers of Peoria Illinois and until you hold your district managers accountable for leasing the correct size of your stores and your local managers for keeping the stores looking approachable and inviting, I will not be...

So suddenly I’m interested in the clothes I wear. First time I went to TJ’s was a few months ago in downtown Chicago. I looked half-heartedly because I can never find anything that I like that is both comfortable and looks nice (explains the disinterest?) I found 2 shirts in my size and didn’t even try them on. I got them home and tried them on and loved them. Hit TJ’s again by ATL, GA. And found 5 more shirts. My ok size back pack was now hard to zip. First time at TJ’s in Peoria close to where I live and found another five shirts. What have I been doing with all my time? Haha. I’m not addicted. Seriously. I think the racks had been pretty picked over and there wasn’t much left but I still found some gems. Only thing I would wish was better is the size signage. I love coming to Tj max as everyone is so nice n helpful . I’m literally there every other day so basically I do know lot of the staff but today I’m going to give an amazing review to 2. people i know who always ate so kind n helpful one of the them is Beth who I have always known n seen so considerate n consistent n kind helpful n thoughtful so thank you Beth 🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️I also wanted to give an amazing review to Andrea who was in the fitting room n she was also a kind n helpful n sweet to talk too .
