Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Peoria

I moved into my first apartment around the time this store opened. Since this store is in the middle of my short commute to work I have stopped by multiple times. Each time the barista's are beyond friendly. My order has never been messed up. The drive thru, parking lot, and inside are always clean.

I get shorted on my hot drinks almost every single time by a fair amount. Enough that I'm basically paying for a size larger than the amount I actually get. I've tried requesting no milk foam hoping that would resolve the issue but keep getting shorted and still get milk foam despite my request to have none.
