7/3 7:00PM: Edit to Add on to previous review: William now just called me regarding the review making matters worse. He become confrontational and loud on the phone asking us if we got the correct box springs. After telling him we received two twins (as below picture showed) he began pressing us regarding the review. I asked for the purpose of the call if it’s not for a positive outcome and again he answered very combative so I ended the call 7/3 3:30PM: We bought a king size bed frame with bed springs cash and they ended up giving us a queen size bed spring. Tried calling back to simply exchange for the right size and asst manager basically made it seem like we were lying and didn’t admit they did something wrong and also believing his worker that loaded the incorrect bed spring due to worker stating he remembered he loaded a twin not a queen (so still incorrect) I told him multiple times it’s a queen and doesn’t fit. After going back and forth for a while the assist manager said his boss ,will, told him we have to go take it back to exchange it. Today we went to take it back and obtain the correct king size bed springs and they ended up doing us wrong AGAIN and gave us two twin bed springs instead. We had enough of this store so we just left. This could have all been prevented and not escalated if the assit manager would’ve taken accountability for his workers actions and allowed us to exchange it for the correct paid for item from the beginning, especially since they made mistakes when cashing us out from the start. Never going back...

Me and my hubby went there today and found a great sectional with ottoman for our movie room! We decided to do the layway option which means you put 10% down of the total price and then you have a year to pay off whatever item You’re interested in. The best part about this option is that you can always come back and add additional items. I was so excited to see they offered layaway a lot of companies, no longer offer layaway and they want you to purchase using something that can impact your credit and personally we like to keep our credit use to a minimum . They also have other options like putting $50 down on your item and then you have 90 days to pay it off but you could take the item home right then! And they have amazing prices and quality !!! They also offer a military discount...

Guys, good furniture is already hard enough to come by. A good deal is even harder. Nicks furniture is great. No haggling and lower than everyone else. In my opinion, this is definitely for the shopper who likes quality but doesn’t like over bearing salesmen. They save all that money my not having a plethora of sales associates.

Order the in home delivery for anything over 150lbs if you don’t have a dolly. They took mine curbside free but I should’ve got it taken in home for the extra fifty bucks.

I think the gentleman who helped me was the owners brother and part owner Will. He was patient and informative. My furniture is not broken or cracked and was delivered within 4 days. I got the Ashley’s Furniture Lyndal Sectional. 400$...
