Service: Amazing customer service. The Zala team really came through when I needed food for my ceremony. I had about 110 guest in attendance and they made it happen. I never was lost throughout the process. The communication was unmatched and really set the bar high when I was comparing other places. 10/10 for good quality customer service. A plus is that the owners are amazing people with a family style vibe that is sure to please you and your guest.

Food Quality: They did not sacrifice quality due to the large amount needed for the event. I received nothing but amazing reviews from my guest regarding how great tasting the food was. I do not think you will find another spot in town that has quality of food.

Pricing: Excellent pricing for the food. Not only that you are getting amazing, great quality food for the price. You want to make your dollar stretch without sacrificing quality call ZALA. With my experience, I had no regrets. I think that's very important. When it comes to the customers, I know that a person should feel great about the purchases they make with their hard earned money. A person should be done with a transaction knowing their money did not go to waste. That is how I felt.

Portions: My guest and I walked away with smiles on our face. Everyone enjoyed the meal they had and I had no complaints or worries that people did not receive enough food.

Punctuality: They showed up early to make sure they did not disrupted the ceremony. They communicated with me every step of the way to ensure we were all on the same page. That is just something you do not get these days.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: All the dishes were cleans. The presentation of the food was kept sanitary and all food handlers wore the appropriate attire to protect from cross contamination of germs. I had no question or worries about the safety of food handling and the Zala teams hygiene.

Conclusion: I had a great experience with ZALA BBQ team. I will certainly be choosing them again for my next event. You just cannot find this type of family/friendly businesses days. In short, I look forward to conducting future business with them.

ZALA's JD & M brought the party to a new level here in Marana. Our graduate wanted an "at home" party & I wanted something unique, stress-free, great tasting, and boy, did they deliver! Our graduation party guests loved all of ZALA's food, especially the smoky pulled pork & 2 types of bbq sauce on fresh buns. They made their signature sweet bbq baked beans, which are "to die for." Our requested chopped steak & spanish rice were perfect for carne asada tacos. Their wings were moist inside but crispy outside & had a great flavored rub.

JD worked within my budget to feed 125 & arrived 4 hours ahead of the party to set up & start his barrel grill. His expertise is southern bbq, but he was flexible with our request to also serve mexican tacos. His catered meal allowed us to concentrate on hosting our guests and enjoying our day with our graduate, her friends, and our extended family.

We highly recommend this professional & polite team for any of your catering or private meal needs! JD is a U.S. veteran - yet another reason to support this fantastic business.
