I would have never have to come in this office if they wouldâve done their job in the first place respectfully. I came in a couple of days ago no issues. I tried to activate my card and I called customer service they said that this office gave me an empty card with no name on it. For me to go back to this location to get a new card which is what I was trying to do. I got emotionally and physically abused here and accused of something I never did. She was so dramatic. Do not bother coming here poor management team. And they assume youâre being aggressive when youâre speaking up for yourself? I was speaking calm. Office agency was nothing but aggressive to me. & theyâll call security on you when youâre not even doing anything wrong. So sad such a sad place. Poor management. They switch stories on you. Yet? They wonât check the cameras to see what actually happen. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. STAY FAR AWAAYY. 8:40 A.M. I walked into my window number was EB1.
I didnât end up recording the situation since she said I was not aloud to. I wish I was since she lied so bad on me.
Lady said I need a state ID. I said I forgot to bring it may I use my finger print clearance card or debit card? I have an email of my state ID. And also an email of my social with my face on it.
She aggressively said NO.
I said so I waited in line for nothing? She said not my problem. I asked to speak to a manger and asked what her name was . She said what do you need my name for?
I said to make a complaint. She laughed at me.
Then, she tossed my Finger print card and my food stamps card at me by sliding it on to the table aggressively. I cried I said why are you doing this?
I asked them do I need to start recording talk with the behavior ? In a crying manner. She said EXCUSE ME?!
She called SECURITY Security she threw something at me! What did I even throw at you? You threw something at me.
She said youâre not aloud to record me.
So I respectfully didnât. Which I should have .
She said they were going to call the cops on me. They laughed at me because I was crying. They said OH? NOW YOU ARE CRYING?! Hahahaha.
Manager laughed too AHAHAH.
Security took me out. Even though I was not being aggressive . He said they still want you to leave.
Black lady approached wondering what happened. Because I had gotten back in line to see if my # had gotten called.
She whispered IT WILL BE OKAY. I asked her to make a complaint for me.
Mexican/Philippine short lady . White manger .
Security I told him I called the cops theyâre coming.
He took a photo of me.
And I took one of him after me.
I would like to press chargers.
I also told them in the beginning I came here two days ago and my card was empty and they gave me the incorrect card . Thatâs what I was told when I called the 1800 #.
They said Iâm not aloud to record anything. Which I didnât but I said I would if they keep doing this.
I didnât even cuss or throw anything.
What did I even do wrong? NOTHING.

DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY.
I called 911 at 8:31.
I asked them if they had cameras to prove I didnât throw anything.
Witnesses state that they seen me throw my IDâs. There wasnât even any witnesses the people who worked there which was a white lady who manager was apparently the manger . But then she wasnât? Anyways, I didnât throw anything at her I was just picking them up. She threw them at me. Very rude and disrespectful they need shut down. All they do is laugh in your face. I would never harm anyone I have a clean record. She should be ashamed of herself. I now suffer from PTSD on DES side I donât ever feel comfortable going...
Read moreVery disappointed with the lack of respect a lady had behind the counter, waited in line with my mother to get some incorrect numbers calculated and before we could even say two words to the gal, she told us in a very rude way to pick what weâre going to do because she only has 6 minutes left and other people to get checked in, I was in total shock that she thought she could speak to anyone like that, I told her that was extremely rude and regardless why time frame your on you donât have a right to be rude to anyone like that. She was like well âdo you want to do this or notâ and Iâm guessing what she meant was to be seen by someone, and my mother told her yes we would we just want to get this re calculated and adjusted so my and my daughters insurance doesnât get cancelled. Again rolling her eyes and extremely rude body language. Note that she was also pretty aggressive towards everyone that was coming up to get helped out, we didnât walk in with bad intentions or to be rude to anyone but once you act a certain way you will eventually get a person who will stand up for what is right and by that I mean not being disrespected and feeling rushed, we understood they closed at a specific time but no matter what being rude to a customer is unprofessional and inappropriate. The security guard came to talk to us because I guess she didnât like that I opened my mouth to her and told her that her attitude was unprofessional and I told him that her being on a time frame has nothing to do with us and that she as a customer service worker should be re-evaluated on her job and how to respect and be nice to others. I will probably make a complaint against her after writing this review. I have done retail and customer service through companies in my years and never have I ever been rude like that to anyone! Regardless if they come in 10 minutes 5 minutes or 1 minutes before they close. I get it you might work long hours and your anxious to get out of there but so is all of the other millions of people who are working 9/5 jobs working on some line of customer service. My mother didnât want me to make a big deal over it but I am because this isnât the first time this has happened, not just to me but clearly to other people who I have read reviews of before writing mine. Very pleased though that the lady who helped us in the back was very understanding and had the upmost respect and did not make us feel rushed or a burden. I think someone needs to learn what real customer service is, especially when you are working in a...
Read more8/29/23, looking for the UI Office on the Web brought me here. After driving to and from job interviews, not to mention a super hot 113 degrees, I walked in and got in line. The security said that I have to wait behind the sign that just on the outside of the second set of doors, obviously, I didn't see the sign because my eyes were still adjusting to the inside lighting after all the sun was super bright. I didn't say anything but step back outside and waited for like 15 minutes. He finally tells me to go in, by this time, the line was about half way up then when I walked in the first time. A second security comes around the corner and walks up to the people waiting and decides to be bossy and tells people where to stand. He tells people to stand closer to the wall due to where they are at is a fire hazard. After a couple minutes, we all heard a commotion. I would say a potential client didn't like how the security was going about being pushy and started stating his rights. Cops were called, 4 people acting the supervisor role came out from around the corner but didn't even try to resolve the issue. They just left him talking to the officers. So when I finally got to the Desk, I asked the lady with the silver hair if I was at the right place for UI. She automatically states, we have nothing to do with UI. Then I asked her if it was possible if she could fax my papers for me. (afterall, they are a state agency). WELL. Her come back was, "you should know everything is done on line or by fax which we don't have a fax machine." I'm thinking, how stupid do I look? I was truly disgusted by her unwilling to help. Just then, the lady in the same cubicle who was helping the other clients turns around and gives her a paper while saying, "you don't ever tell anyone that, we are all the same government program and you tell them our machine is broken". Again, SMH. The silver hair lady turns back to me and Xs the info on there and tells me to go there and they will help me for free! I would have said what was on my mind but I just said, thank you and walked away. Here I am, looking for a job. I have alot of customer service experience and most certainly, I would love to have her job but then again, I don't think I would want to work under the supervisors who won't resolve issue such as the one I witnessed. I am sorry - to the man that had to deal with law...
