I have been in to the store over many years. And wanting to buy $1000 of $1000 dollars worth of equipment. But every single time I go in there I had the worst experience. Just yesterday all I needed was an extra battery and the guy behind the counter. I think his name is Ted. He must be the manager of some sort. He is never nice at all. This is the reason why I will drive to Iowa to the Camera Corner or I will take a day trip to St. Louis. To Schillers Camera store those two places are the most friendliest people and Knowledgeable people that will take the time to help people out to understand the new equipment just last year alone between both stores I have spent over $12,000 worth of equipment. It’s a real shame that you guys live four minutes from me and I have to go out of state to buy equipment. I will never ever return to your store again all I wanted him to do his test the battery to make sure it works because recently I bought a battery and it did not work, so I did not want to make another trip. All he had to do is stick it in to a Camera and before I can even get to the word camera, he said nope not even knowing what I want him to do. Ava Kamm just fyi think about getting friendlier people...

I have been a customer at Peoria Camera Shop for years. I have ALWAYS talked about how wonderful their prints and prices are to my clients...and while thats true, it doesn't matter when the customer service is terrible!

I came into the shop yesterday to make some wall prints for our new home and to design our Christmas cards. I spent approximately 1 hour at the kiosk designing our card perfectly, ordering wall prints of our brand new family portraits and placing my order (It was a little under $100 order). When I tried to put my order through, it wouldn't allow me to choose cash payment, which is literally all I had! I asked them to override the system so I could pay for my order in cash and was told it wasn't possible!!! Its fine if you won't accept cash, but PUT UP A SIGN TO WARN YOUR CUSTOMERS!! I wasted an hour of my time for absolutely nothing and left the store in tears. I am appalled at how I was treated yesterday and will likely not be back. So disappointed in this...

I came to this shop to test their printing for daycare photos I had done, and was sent here by the previous photographer who used them. Not only was the quality GREAT, the prices are reasonable and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I was prepared to put in a huge order, but I had to contact them due to payment difficulties... They helped me from beginning to end with the order and made sure it got printed in a timely manner. I didn't realize they were running a special on photos, and I was fully prepared to spend what I thought I owed, but they let me know about the discount and then cut off a huge chunk off of my total, which was AMAZING as a small business owner at Christmas time. Absolutely going to come back here as long as they are around - nothing beats great...
