I cannot recommend Bremer strongly enough! I just had a custom engagement ring made here and the entire process was perfect from beginning to end. For starters, our salesperson, Michelle, was phenomenal. Easy to work with, willing to explain things to us, and very excited to help us. At no point at all did we ever feel like she was pushing us in one direction or trying to make a bigger sale, we really felt as if she truly just wanted to help us design the ring that would be perfect for us, which she absolutely did. She even went so far as to come in on one of her days off in order to meet with us when we had limited availability. Truly great service!

But it wasn't just Michelle. Aaron and everyone else we interacted with had this sense of humble professionalism. Everyone was nice and engaging and seemed truly interested in us and our story and what kind of ring we were having made.

Bremer partners with companies of integrity and excellence throughout the process. Our ring was made by A. Jaffe, and we actually got to meet Adam, one of the designers from Jaffe, and have him help us in our design as well. We came to learn that our ring had to be made twice. During the 10 step quality check before sending out the finished product, apparently our ring missed the mark somewhere. Instead of fixing that one issue and sending it out, they remade the entire ring! That was really surprising to us, but it shows that unless the product is absolutely perfect, they aren't willing to put their name on it, and it is values like this that made me want to get a custom ring done through a smaller, non-chain store like Bremer & their partners.

People told me that Bremer would be expensive, being an independent store and not a chain. I really feel like everything was completely reasonable. I mean, I was buying a custom engagement ring... there was gonna be some serious coin dropped regardless of where it was. But the experience and quality of working with Bremer was worth every single penny, and on top of that my future wife and I will receive a lifetime of service. I just wish there was an option to...

I had heirloom jewelry that I wanted to re-design. We saw the commercials for Bremer Jewelry Peoria that talked about making jewelry a person experience. We liked that and brought the original jewelry in.

When we walked in we were greeted by everyone, and approached by Miranda Conder who had a big welcoming smile. She asked how could she help us. It was a fabulous relationship from the get go. We showed the jewelry and began to discuss our goals for design. My husband was off looking at rings, Miranda and I were just connecting and getting on the same wave length. We were and it was amazing.

After looking at sets, Miranda mentioned custom design. She and I had an idea, she is the one that made it come to life. She drew ideas and forwarded them to me.

She had listened to what I was saying during the design phase, and the result is more beautiful than I imagined.

The pictures show the original pieces, and what was the final. A full around diamond eternity ring was made into two. A custom piece by Miranda holding heirloom diamonds, made with heirloom gold, with two small birthstone pieces for each of us in the crown area is the focal point of the set.

Every singe visit with Miranda, the store was very welcoming. As you work with your consultant, they are discrete working with you and your choices.

Jewelry is a very personal experience. Miranda Conder worked with me to create a vision. She offers kind, caring and most importantly listening customer service. She was communicative throughout the whole process, keeping me informed of every step. I am sure that all the team at Bremer's is just as knowledgeable, and offers fantastic customer experiences.
