"The rio deal" is probably one of the best people we got involved with as a first-time home buyer. We only went to get an overview of how and where we need to start in the house buying process. They broke all of the numbers down right in front of us (with the VA loan under our name) and made sure it was all transparent, making us feel very secure to move forward without pressure. Honestly gaining our trust from the very first meeting we had. Spoke about the house we are looking for and let me just say a double gates in a new build are very hard to come by without it being an extra 20k on top. Rio and his agent Britni were able to show us a couple of houses until we found one in our price range with the double gate!! We were so happy with the house they showed us, we couldn't be more grateful! Now all of the contracts we had to sign was basically gibberish on a paper, but we were so grateful for Rio. He took his time in explaining every question we had and reassured us multiple times during this process. Personally, I ask a lot of the dumb questions and he did not once make me feel unsure or uneasy. He was there from beginning to end and was there to celebrate with us. Even got us our first housewarming gift, along with professional pictures and a super awesome video! The best choice in realtor! My husband and I are both so thankful for opportunity, the patients, and the reassurance. Would definitely do it all over...

We met with Rio after watching all his videos on Instagram. We met with him to get a better idea of how selling our first home would be. During our initial meeting, Rio was very informative and gave us a great plan on selling our home. We didn’t feel pressured at any time, he gave us as much time as we needed as far as moving forward on selling home. We contacted him the next week and gave him the green light.
