Taco Bell — Restaurant in Peoria

Many months ago I rolled into the location, saw a gal outside washing windows, cleaning....Inside this Taco Bell was SPOTLESS. It's immaculate every time I go there. I ordered my lunch and Sat down. Had the BEST taco bell in many years. Everything was perfect. When I do have taco bell, I order the Cravings box, and usually go when the New one comes out. I recommend the Box as it's Guaranteed the Best value for the dough. The New Box with Nacho fries is Absolute MONEY!. (April) I'll be candid, I rarely do Taco Bell for take out or drive through unless it's a quick burro, or a breakfast crunch wrap. The breakfast crunch wrap is fantastic here. Honestly Taco Bell just doesn't hold up if it gets cold. Taco shells get soft and I don't like reheating Taco Bell, unless it's a Beefy Burrito or something with no veggies. I Do Chinese food for take out, you know what I mean, it holds its own even cold. Easy to Re- heat. The Taco Bell on ThunderBird & 75th Ave is the Very Best. Here are real photos from my Last visit. Yeah, people, make mistakes..I upgraded a regular taco to supreme last month, they forgot the tomatoes, I took the taco up, super nice gal said oh no, sorry, keep that one we'll make you a Brand New One. I dine in for Better service. With Nacho Fries YOU MUST order off the fryer fresh. If they sit for too long they are no good. If they are FRESH FRIED , it's one of the best fast food fry's out there. Wait for fresh ones, and get two orders and order an EXTRA CHEESE sauce for the new box...it's got chips and fries, both for dipping. So I went up on that first visit months ago to tell the manager, Great job, and turns out she was the one cleaning the store (Lydia). That goes A LONG way in my book. Drove up at 9am, wanted to try the new breakfast box, she said the iced coffee was not ready. I really wanted to try there Cinnabon iced coffee so I decided to get tea instead. How hard is it to make tea, well it must be to hard because it wasn't ready either. She was not very friendly and rude when I asked what else they have to drink, I am not much for sodas. She needs some people skills. I have worked with the public in my life time and she was immature and rude, I noticed she only had one order on the board so I told her I only see 1 order in the total and wanted 2, she really got rude then. I pulled to the window to cancel my order because I was done. She did not even look my way so I honked and still nothing. I just left. If she was overwhelmed then please tell me, I would have understood. TACOBELL needs to train these young kids on...

Me and my friend go here a few times a week typically and we ALWAYS do two separate orders through the drive thru and we get the same thing eveytime with no issues ever. Today we got there and the girl with no class working the drive thru didn’t bother saying hello and so we asked for two separate orders and she responded with a sassy “what” and we repeated and she cut us off and said “no you can’t do that” so we asked why and we tried saying we always do this and she cut us off AGAIN and was giving us sass and tried telling us to go through twice. So we didn’t wanna start more problems and said ok we will just leave. As we drove past the window trying to get out she gave us the nastiest look ever and when we called 10 minutes later to let them know how we were treated they wouldn’t pick up.
