Great service from Susan, unlike competitor Matress Firm next door. Initially, we went to competitor as advertisement was seen online and national chain. We were harassed by the car sales lady, any could not even get a word in. We left within 5 minutes as we could not stay long enough to test out mattresses. She finally got the not so subtle hints as we were walking out the door. We were about to head home and just happened to see Dewey’s, and decided to stop by, since we drove 30 minutes to shop. As we walked in, our experience was night and day. Susan was there to greet us, providing a laid back comfortable atmosphere. We were not pressured and she actually showed a quality mattresses at very affordable prices. Being a physician, we didn’t really have a budget when purchasing this gift for the in-laws, but Susan focused on quality vs dollars and signs.

Being from out of town, we liked support local businesses, particularly the special edition mattresses constructed in nearby Vermillion. Next time we would ever need a mattress, we will only stop by Dewey’s and will ask for Susan. I think the locals would be wise and do the...

I had a great experience. The store was very clean and so many options.At the store i was helped by an amazing lady she showed me different mattresses and explained everyone she showed me in detail. I picked the one i liked and she finished it from there. She was very very nice. The delivery of the product to my house was awesome to. I got to pick the day before they came i got a text saying how long till they got to my house and they were on time. They came in put the bed set exactly where i wanted it and even put it together. They made sure everything was to my liking before they left. Def will be returning...

She listened to my story, discussed my style and tastes and over the course of several days, pre-scouted furniture she thought I would like.
