I received a necklace as a gift, the clasp broke and they didn’t purchase a warranty on that so it was cheaper to buy a whole new necklace than fix it. I bought a new chain and it broke twice within a 4 month period, I wasn’t happy with that purchase and came back to the store to see my options. The jeweler charged me for the repair, even after purchasing the warranty on the necklace. He made me feel like it was my fault that the necklace keeps breaking , I strongly disagreed And I expressed my dissatisfaction to him regarding the service I received but I really wanted my necklace fixed so I paid for the repair anyways. After the necklace broke on me a second time I reached out to customer service and they said there was nothing They could do and to just visit the store to get store credit for my damage necklace. “Brian Jefferson” The store manager made sure to refund my credit that I was overcharged and got me a new and better chain!! He was very understanding and respectful and wanted to make me happy after going through this whole situation. He definitely saved me as a customer and I appreciate everything he did for me. We've been purchasing our jewelry from here for over 20 years now (since Osterman Jewelers). I spotted a Neil Lane wedding set a couple years ago and it took my breath away and became a wish I could only dream of having. Thanks to Bev my wish came true as my sweet husband purchased the set for me for our 25th anniversary this year! Read moreI took my wedding band set into have it resized and checked over for any needed repairs. Martha was absolutely wonderful and very patient. She took her time with me to make sure we picked the right size. Martha carefully examined my ring and discovered two diamonds on the inside of my wedding bands were missing. Martha reassured me their wonderful goldsmith and repair shop will be able to replace the diamonds and resize my ring. She thoroughly explained the process. Martha was so kind to answer all of my questions. She called me right away when my ring returned to the store. It was a very quick two weeks. When I walked into pick up my ring, Martha was working. I was impressed she remembered who I was and she helped me try on my ring. My wedding set now fits perfectly, looks brand new and sparkles bright!
