I had a very bad experience yesterday attempting to exchange a Christmas gift for the same item in a larger size and different color. I had the item with the tag still attached. There were numerous items of the same style in all colors. I did not have the physical receipt, but a screen shot of my husbands credit card showing the Dick's logo, Sandusky address, date of purchase, amount, etc. The store manager, Ryan, continued to loudly, say how rude I was for simply questioning why I would not be allowed to exchange one product for the same product in a larger size and different color. Read moreI visited this store to replace a damaged mag slide on my Yeti (latest version), which is not yet available online or in store. Yeti customer service was not helpful with this issue. I explained this to Kathy, during my visit. She explained they would have to take a loss to give me the piece I needed, as it would have to be taken off a rambler. After confirming the available replacement lids and mag slides would not work for what was needed, she gave me the piece I needed. Now that is actual customer service!! Thank you!! I went in to find a new inter tube for my bike and I wasn't sure about which one I should get. Immediately there was someone right there asking me if I needed help. The people were so pleasent that I even got to know that one of the employees owned a mom and pop bike shop. The store is nice and clean and the friendly employees make for a nice atmosphere.
