This honestly pains me to have to write this review because we have gone to this location for many years to celebrate birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc, but Last night (My Birthday) will be the last time that my family comes to this location, just because over the last few visits it seems like there have been noticeable differences in service, but last night just did it for me usually we are greeted by the person that is seating us asking if we are there for any special occasions celebrating anything nothing this time very rude, did not bring us silverware or the small plates that are given at first when bread is brought to the table upon being seated, My husband literally had to get up and get our own from a table across the aisle, A while later after a way our waitress Jasmine came and said oh I would have got those, well honestly they should have been there the bread was sitting there getting cold, again nobody asked how are you guys doing this evening are you guys celebrating anything special, I did mention it was my birthday oh okay do you have a coupon???! Wow. Nonetheless we started ordering, she took our order for appetizers, okay I'll come back and get your order for food everybody had decided what they wanted when she came back she took our orders comes back 10 minutes later and says oh I forgot we're out of burgers and I'm not sure why I keep forgetting to tell people this we've been out for hours..... So my son and my husband have to decide on what else they want, The appetizers came out the rattlesnake bites that usually come out with ranch came out with a different type of sauce for the cactus blossom, I asked why they didn't come out with the ranch I have ordered these all the time and I didn't like the cactus blossom sauce with the spicy rattlesnake bites it would make a nasty taste, she said it comes with both okay well there was no ranch at all she assumed that we wanted The cactus blossom sauce with both appetizers we ordered....... Okay whatever..... I'll go get you some more bread...... She comes back two times no bread I have to ask about that because the kids are asking..... Drinks run dry....... More waiting...... Ordered a medium Andy's steak and a medium-well Dallas fillet 8 oz they both come out closer rare at this point I'm just ready to leave don't say anything $100 worth of food..... And a crappy birthday dinner is what I left with here, usually on birthdays they make an announcement about celebrating a birthday not this time.... Not with this staff or this waitress last night July 7th...... Never again just a waste of money it seems like and that's sad to say like I said this was a hot spot for my family we spent a lot of money here over the years at this point I'm just going to go to...
Read moreOur experience at this restaurant was ridiculous, and 1 I'll never forget. Obviously, I knew there would be a wait, which was fine. No problem waiting. It was very busy Saturday night. We waited and got seated( party of 3) after 20-25 mins ish. Our waitress came to the table, and this is where it went down hill quickly. She was so hyped up on "something," Constantly snifflin, talking super quickly/ writing, whole body Jettering, bouncing around. There was no issue with that.. (we were there for food, not to judge people). We got our drinks and put our orders in. Roughly 20 mins later, she comes back, still bouncing around, and proceeds to tell us she dropped our order out of her book. Okay, no problem. Things happen. We re order our meal, 40 mins now. She dropped/ bumped the empty bread against me, no problem. Accidents happen. 30 mins go by, and finally, our food showed up. My well-done steak was fully pink, all the way through. After that, and the performance that we had to endure from our Waitress,i was done.( I overheard she ended up having a breakdown in the back) I asked for the manger, and told her, I was not paying for this, everything else, I will pay for but not my meal. She proceeded to tell us she had to adjust other tables as well as ours. What would have been 70-90$ meal was now 20.25$, the manger did try and do what she could, for me, etc. Offered coupons whitch i left., but at that point, I had lost my appetite after that situation. We cleaned our table and stacked the dishes, and left 5$ for the busser. I will say that management should have stepped in before that. I'm human, and i understand people have bad days and bad situations outside of work. What is not okay is allowing that to happen in front of children and customers. Understaffed or not.. She should've never been put on the floor like that. Management should've never allowed that. Nor pay her for being high at work and too high that she panicked. She was off the rails, and I sincerely hope she made it home safely and gets help. 🙏 I hate that I had to leave this review. I just hope management can try and get her help that she needs. Read moreWaitress was newer so we tried to be understanding but our experience was horrible. First off as we were ordering she corrected us and said we were wrong about what came with our meals (even though we showed her the info right on the menu) and then she came back 10 minutes later and told us she we were actually right about what came with our meals. She brought me the water I ordered but brought my husband an iced tea which he didn’t order. It took her five more minutes to bring him the water that he actually ordered. We got our appetizer in good time but we waited like 30 after we received our appetizer to actually get our food and we didn’t see our server once during that time. Our water glasses were empty for at least 20 minutes and when another server brought our food and asked if we needed anything we asked for water and only after that did we see our server. We were irritated but tried to ignore that. We asked for our bill shortly after our food arrived because our two little ones were bored and tired since we waited so long for our food. She brought it 5 minutes later and then once again she disappeared for 10minutes. My husband went and got boxes from another waitress since ours was no where to be found. When she came to collect our credit card we reminded her again that we were using a coupon for a free kids meal for my sons birthday. She said she would get her manager to take care of it but it might take a minute since he was dealing with being out of rice or something. My husband took my tired kids out to the car and I sat there for 15 minutes waiting to be able to pay my bill. So it took 30 minutes from the time we asked for the bill to when I could actually pay it and leave. I am a daughter of a restaurant manager and I know that is completely unacceptable. I would have asked to speak to the manager but I didn’t have the time to wait for them. It was close to my kids bedtime and they needed to get home. With that long of a wait the manager should have come over to apologize. My husband and I talked on the way home and both said we should put that on a list of restaurants not to come back to.
