Was there 2 weeks ago to shop for my daughter and myself. I have been really impressed with the new Sephora makeup lines. Best selection by far. CeeCee helped us and I am glad she did. Her knowledge and passion shines bright and she works with you to pick out the very best for your skin type and needs. I spent over $400 that day and came out with some deals that will last me years. Now for the girls kids section is a much different story. No one in eye site for help let alone when I was ready to check out I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes. Finally I spoted a guy that worked there and he went to find someone for me. (7 minutes later) so all together spent 17 minutes waiting for someone to take my money. I have bought clothes from Penny's for years! I had picked up a few dress shirts, and the prices were crazy like Cray Cray 😜 but I needed them I was there let's go. I waited at checkout for what seemed like 10 - 15 minutes and no associate nowhere to be found! The two ladies also waiting with both arms full of clothes, must have got tied of waiting and just left, with the merchandise still in their arms! Right out the door into the mall. I have seen this on Fox news but never witnessed people walking out without paying for goods! No alarms, no security and no employees? Suffices to say I just left my shirts at the counter and left. Very unhappy with my customer service at the sandusky ohio jcpenny store. Lynn was my associate. She was grumpy and unpleasent. Secondly I had items to return that did not have a receipt because they were gift. Shoes that I saw on sale were originally $52 but we're on sale for $20. She could only give me $8 a piece. I returned 2 brand new pairs of shoes for less than they were selling them on the floor. They were horribly under staffed. Took me a long time to find an associate and then the left and I had to wait for Lynn who was beyond rude....
