The manager of the store is one of the most rude and nasty person I have ever met. I saw a mom ask her son to please go ask her where or if she had a certain item and she pointed and said over there if we have them. I asked her for something she rolled her eyes at me and took the display model acting very rude. I advise anyone to shop somewhere else. All the other employees were truly helping people and being nice....

Always a nice selection of greeting cards and gifts. Wished they had an exterior entrance to the store because it's a long walk from parking to their store in the Sandusky Mall.
