I ordered a bouquet on the website- and what I received was ABSOLUTELY LOVELY, truly. But it was a floral arrangement in a vase and not a bouquet. There were listings for bouquets, vase arrangements, and for basket arrangements, but evidently the bouquets are also vase arrangements and the term “bouquet” is just used perhaps loosely or in error. My poor husband is such a guy, he picked up the order and didn’t really think much of it. It was intended to give to our daughter at a little school performance. They sell flowers at the shows, and typically I buy them there, but I decided to buy them elsewhere this time just for something special. My husband brought in a huge vase at intermission like he was going to calling hours and I my jaw about hit the floor! Ha!! She did love them! Just didn’t have her bouquet to hold…. Big “mama fail”! It was beautiful and smelled lovely. But just avoid my mishap, bouquet is not a bouquet (in my case- maybe this isn’t always the case) if you order online! But the floral arrangements...

Wanted to buy from here for my boyfriend’s family in the area (I am overseas). Purchased a couple things a day after Mother’s Day, so I knew going in there might be a chance it wouldn’t get fulfilled.

I was correct.

They let me know ~15 mins after I placed an online order that they wouldn’t be able to fulfill it which is great because I accidentally got the name of one of the recipients wrong LOL. They told me a refund would be credited to me 5-7 business days.

I suggest calling to make sure they can fulfill it because the website doesn’t say “Sold out” or anything when trying to buy a arrangement, so you won’t know your order is getting cancelled until after you’ve placed it if they can’t fulfill it.

However, bright side is the older woman who answered the phone was very nice and provided great customer service. Thank you nonetheless! Maybe I will try coming here not...

I usually love getting flowers here. I have been very happy with several small and large arrangements I have ordered here. I was not impressed with one corsage, however. It was a plain daisy with glitter & a few greens and had a velcro strap instead of an elastic band. I thought it was tacky for for the $25 I paid for it. The clerk also over charged me for it, but I returned to the store and they fixed it, so no issue there. Overall, I am happy with Easterday's, but I would not buy a...
