I am a plasma TV fan and I was very disappointed when my 42-in Panasonic would no longer power up. I contacted Rashid and brought it in. I was asked up front to provide an inspection fee to identify the failed component. Once the inspection completed I authorized the repair, he ordered the parts and repaired the board. I picked it up and got it home and noticed a severe picture issue. Yes the TV powered up but the picture was nowhere as clear and sharp as it was. He happily took it back to dig into the problem. After a few days he got back to me with news that the set had permanent damage from the short on the board. At this point I was out a few hundred dollars and didn't have a TV. He offered a Samsung plasma as a replacement in lieu of repairing my set. I picked it up this afternoon, mounted it up the wall and hooked it up. He noticed exactly what was wrong with it and was able to help me. In my case the damage wasn’t covered by warranty because my cat literally pissed all over the TV and it was considered a complete disaster. True 5-star service! I didn't want to have to send my older TV to a landfill and am not satisfied with newer TV brands that break every couple of years. That's just so terrible for the environment. I didn't know if I'd even be able to find someone to repair a 20-year-old television, but this company really came through for me.

While their service isn't cheap, they make house calls, arrive on time and are very polite and professional. They were able to diagnose that the tuner had gone out in my set and were able to replace it within a few days, delivering my TV back to my home in perfect working condition.
