We went to Russian River and decided to stop there on the way down back home. It took us 45 minutes to get our sushi. Salad and miso soup was provided faster. They were busy, but not too crazy and it seemed like they have a good amount of sushi men preparing the rolls. The sushi is good, not exceptional, the normal quality for a AYCE sushi. The Vegas is delicious. We had one person on our party of four that did not want any spicy sauce. When they brought it to the table, one of her orders had spicy sauce in it. They did come back with the correct order. Service was not great… it was our first time there. We got the normal menu and 1 AYCE menu. It would have been nice if the server could have explained the menu (size of the rolls, etc). They also only give you 1 menu which makes it complicated for everyone in your party to go over the options. We asked for a second one and the serve did get it. There’s a good variety of rolls, the spicy rolls are very very spicy (even the mild ones). Nobody came to check on us, we needed more napkins and did not get it… just not great. Won’t probably be back there. Bathroom was clean and...

As you can see by my photos I was hungry. Traveling from east to west cost with only United’s meager offerings and then driving to Petaluma from San Fran worked up quite and empty place. As for the food it was freshly prepared with good ingredients”feeling good this morning” So with the hunger I had I when for all you can eat option. Which to be honest was a waiting game. So there were long periods of waiting for my waiter to come back to me without me having to making a scene. Too long to be honest. Perhaps it was just my waiter or that’s directed from management. So with that said I played along because I had no place to be and I had to get my moneys worth! To eat and receive the food shown took 2 1/2 hrs.

Do I recommend (👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼1/2). Just make sure you’re not in a hurry. Perhaps bring some cards or your Monopoly board to pass the time...

Birthday dinner DISAPPOINTMENT - food is ALWAYS great at the Petaluma location, however last night my birthday dinner was super disappointing. We were in a group of 8 - had a reservation - server pretty much ignored us the entire evening. He received a mandatory 37.46 gratuity despite the fact that we had to wait for long periods of time for food that we could see was ready at the counter. Our server had plenty of time to spend long periods of time chatting with all the smaller tables of 2 - 4 parties... My water glass was never refilled. We were there 2 hours! It felt like the poor service was intentional, due to the fact that his tip was guaranteed. We've been to this location many times, and NEVER experienced this lack of service before. Don't go for special occasions or in larger groups to Paradise - they can't...

I've been going here for a few years, and have never been disappointed. Sandwiched in between a nail salon and vacuum store, I didn't originally feel like this was very well placed, but being in a strip mall I guess that's not always a choice. I always go for the sushi, but have tried numerous other items on the menu. Yesterday was exceptionally busy as we went during the lunch hour and Paradise Sushi is clearly a favorite for an afternoon break. In spite of the hustle and bustle, we were greeted and seated mediately. Our waitress was prompt, friendly, and always efficient. Food was delivered within a reasonable amount of time & looked like art on a plate. Parking can be a challenge during the lunch hour, but its a huge parking lot so there's always something - just might be a bit of a trek... Highly recommend!
