Pharmacy needs organization and leadership! Two common prescription medications, filled at this location previously, were sent over from the physician last Friday. Saturday I went to pick them up and was told they had not been filled yet. They would do it while I wait, but it will be an hour or so. I told the tech I was speaking to that I would pick them up the next day as I did not have an hour to sit and wait. I actually was not able to go on Sunday, but did go to the drive up window on Monday shortly before 5:00pm. 2 cars ahead of me and my wait ended up at 35 minutes. Finally I reach the window to be told by the tech that she was the only person handling both open windows and it was still not my turn. Finally she comes back to me, gets my info, looks it up in the computer and then stated they were not ready and it may be a couple of days. I was shocked. I asked why had they not been filled in the 4 days they had the order from the physician and her answer was easy….she said “I don’t know”. I said those are daily medications and I was out and needed them. She then says she will tell the pharmacist to fill them and Zi can just pull back around to the back of the line. I told her I already did my 40 minute wait wand with 3 cars already in line it would probably be another hour and I would not do that. She said I had no other choice. I told her to go tell the pharmacist I planned to wait right there at the window. The pharmacist came to the window and said I could not wait there.I explained again all that had transpired and his response was it would not be fair to the other customers if I made them wait. I was getting so frustrated by this point. I said it was not fair to ask me to go sit in line another hour because someone did not fill my medications when they should have. I asked they fill it now and I would park and go inside to get it. I waited another 10 minutes inside and was called up to pay. I did tell the tech I understood they had not personally caused the 4 day delay, but the offer of me to wait another hour on top of my already wasted 45 minutes was not acceptable. I was taken aback how dreadfully slow the drive thru experience turned out to be. I was angry no better so for 10 minutes as I was trying to check in for my scheduled vaccine visit. Once it was found then I got to wait on it for it to be refilled. Such a poor example of...
Read moreThis review is for the curbside department. 5 stars for the Partners! 1 star for the manager this morning... Someone should take a S.O.R.L. refresher course on how to interact with customers, drivers and PARTNERS/EMPLOYEES. I'm a driver for shipt and on numerous occasions, I've witnessed her being rude to everyone I've just mentioned. This morning's interaction was really uncalled for in my opinion. I was in the process of picking up an order today. While putting the order in my car, I noticed that the rotisserie chicken wasn't bagged and the bottom was full of liquid. There were also several small Gatorade bundles not bagged. Bagging the small bundles makes it easier to carry to the customers door. Simple fix right? Ask for a couple extra bags and be on my way... I go the door and the manager (wearing a blue shirt) just looks at me.
I politely ask, "may I have a couple of extra bags please?"
She replies, "for what?!"
Not prepared for that response, I reluctantly replied... "for the groceries."
She THEN replies, "what do you need bagged? Our policy says certain things we aren't allowed to bag." Said it with a straight face too lol.
I took a breath and said, "well the chicken isn't bagged and the whole bottom is filled with liquid. And also..."
This is when she rolled her eyes, cut me off and had the nerve to ask another PARTNER (who is not her servant) to take some extra bags outside herself and bag the items up for me! I'm a very capable adult a expect to be treated as such when I'm doing everything to be as courteous as possible. I get out and load up every order myself so the partners can head back inside. I even return each basket to the front door or designated place for them.
This manager is known to be rude by several different shipt drivers, and it really upsets me when I see her being rude to foreign drivers who come to the door simply to ask instructions. Drivers and partners are just out here trying to make a living and shouldn't have to deal with this type of person who is supposed to be a leader. Hopefully the right person sees this and has the ability to hold people accountable for their actions. Again, 5 stars across the board for all...
Read moreI rarely leave detailed written reviews, but when I do... it's actually for a reason.
I always love HEB... Since moving to Texas, this is a company, that from my perspective... I truly do appreciate. I know that I can be a hard liner, that can be extremely picky, or tedious about certain things.
I am always fair though... and I certainly understand the customer/ business dynamic, so I don't "Immediately"... hop straight onto raking anyone over the coals...
Any of the times I have been to any of their stores, it has always been a pleasurable experience. Sure, Any place could always find improvements, but for something as large as a commercial retail chain...
I'm pretty impressed as to how smooth all of those moving parts are operating... and for the most part, I don't see any of the personnel radiating that usual...
"If I didn't "Really" need a check from you on Friday... I'd Burn this place to the ground."
Look on their face and attitude... or the occasional person that actually tells, "Exactly" what they have on their mind, about that company, and sometimes... even willing to let you know,
"You shouldn't give your money to this place"
While, they're sporting the "Team Uniform" as you shop. Lol
But, HEB... Yeah, they kinda make it hard for me, to wanna go back home to see my mother.... and I Lovvve Her... more than anybody... Lol
Keep up the good work, guys... and Gals!
P.S. It would be reaaally nice, if you began carrying the sugar free altoids... so that I don't have to make a second stop at another store... just to get Mints....
