BEWARE ! Tourism People !!! Just to let you know...... If you want to buy Beer and are a tourism with a no TEXAS ID. They wont sale you bear even if you are 40years old. This curly men named "ALEX"( i think he is in charge of the staff or something). I was with my 2 kids tring to buy bear and ask me for my id, i had with me my MEXICAN PASSPORT & VISA. And he told me do you have a US Id? And i said yes the VISA, and he said no I need a Texas or other city ID...... I said im a tourism dont have one., So he said cant sale you no beer., ..... So i ask, YOU NEVER NEVER SALE BEER OR ALCOHOL TO TOURISM? he said NO, not even european, asian, african) ....so i said ok , buy just to let you know you are the fisrt one in this store that did not let me buy beer,.....THEN I LEFT THE STORE AND I DID NOT BUY ANY OF MY FULL CART ITEMS I JUST LEFT.
I STILL GO TO THAT HEB AND BUY ALCOHOL WITH no problem and the stuff NEVER ASK ME FOR MY ID maybe because i dont look 22 ??? hahahaha
THAT ALEX GUY HE IS JUST VERY VERY A DOWN PERSON lol that dosnt know that the VISA is US id.....Other thing he gives you a nice smille and tells you how your day and trys chatting with you when he is charging you,.. BUT YOU YOU RUN INTO HIM AT THE CASH REGISTER AND DONT HAVE "texas ID" HE WONT SALE YOU BEER.

Read moreLet me start by saying I have been shopping at this location for the last 3 years. I wish i could score them a "0" stars but this is the lowest. I Have now been accused 2 times in one week of "Stealing " once by a young girl at the self check out by the name of CRISTY last 10-20-2020, I spoke to front cashier's manager "Joe" and had him check my receipt as I paid on the self checkout to make sure they were aware of the situation and proof my purchase, made a corporate complaint and never got a callback as i had requested. Today 10 -28-2020 I went in to buy flowers and again I was accused of stealing, this time by EVA in the floral dept, I had proof of my purchase with my receipt and spoke to 3 different managers the worst being a young guy in his 20's by the name of Pedro , who defended the actions of the employee. I Feel as if I'm being profiled and harassed by this employees, called Corporate and submitted a 2nd report. Last person Joe Torres store manager apologized and said would get back to me, In the meantime the mentioned employees are rude and abusive towards me, I will make sure this doesn't happen to anybody else because of their skin color or ethnic background. Read moreI’m not really the type to be writing reviews, mainly because I don’t have time. But I felt like it was needed. My husband went to this HEB last week , here is proof of receipt and dates and amount spent. He bought over 100 dollars of food, which is a lot of groceries. There was close to 12 employees around standing around laughing and horsing around in the lounge hallway, nobody bothered to help my husband bag the groceries, my husband had to do everything himself. My madness is that there was workers standing around looking at him and nobody bothered to help. But what is worse that everything is that the manager , named Nathan, came to the cashier to exchange words and saw my husband packing the bags and didn't bother to help or get workers to help. The managers name tag read “Nathan, 19 YEARS EXPERIENCE” . 19 YEARS? 19? And yet you still don’t know basic customer service???? You still haven’t grasped common sense? Talk about WASTING 19 years of your life for nothing. Unacceptable. Edit, the Owner just replied that we need to request assistance for bagging, sir my husband is 80 years old, what request do you want him to ask for?? It should be basic common sense by looking at him, or even morals. Stop trying to create loopholes and tell the associates to do their job...
