I love š and pizza hut is one of my favorite but there phone system and app system suck I placed an order on the appt the other day and I didn't get to make my bread sticks into cheese sticks because I wasn't given the option so I went ahead place the order I figured I can call and make the change over the phone so I called and got an answering service I explained to the lady what I wanted only so she could tell me that there is nothing she could do because the system wouldn't give her access to my order so I had to call the store and she transferred my call to another answering service agent this went one for about 30 minutes I get a text from the app that my order is on the way I was already upset the kids were hungry and my husband tells me just cancel and we will get something else called them again told them to cancel the meal they said the had we drive to the restaurant it's self which is only about a 10 to 15 min drive we sit down order our meal our meal is coming out mind you it's been a good 50 mins give or take a couple of minutes since I got the text stating my meal was on it's way I get a call from the driver the he is outside my house with the meal I was already eating and these people still couldn't get there stuff together very disappointed with the whole app and phone system...

When I got to the place they said we had to cancel your order because there was no more dough. I didnāt get anything to notify me stating that it was canceled but I donāt understand that I placed an order at 6 and they didnāt have dough at 10 but when I got there they said we have an order ready but for someone else so how did they make thereās but not mine and I placed it before hand. I did call ahead of time. Pizza Hut needs to keep track of your orders and I know they have a count of how much food is left....

What Pizza Hut offered me and this and the Donna location was not even edible... Both orders went in the garbage and, I won't be back. Pizza Hut, if you are struggling, maybe you should consider the loss in revenue from serving s*, undercooked, old tasting, dried out food? It's that balance between quality and the cost of inventory, if you can't find that balance, you will be the next national chain to disappear. It doesn't have to...
