Food was whatever not really that good, had a bad experience with the staff, I paid for a Jamaica water but it wasn’t that good so I got up to get a fountain drink instead, I was stopped by staff and told that I could not get it because I paid for a agua Fresca and not a fountain drink and that with aguas Fresca there’s no refills I fell like they shoulda told me in the first place that aguas Frescas don’t include refills. I literally ate my food with no drink cause I wasn’t about to make another card payment for just a drink. This place was way better when it was Doña Tota, they weren’t pinching Pennie’s over...

I rarely ever leave reviews but I had such a bad experience that I had to. Customer service is terrible here!!! They look at you like you’re a disturbance if you ask them for anything. They are extremely slow as well. I was given a certain time of when my order would be ready, and it wasn’t ready till over 30 minutes later. And the food didn’t even make up for the bad service. I had not been here in a very long time. The food used to be so good when it was doña Tota’s. Now I feel like it lacks so much flavor. Probably because the people working here are so unhappy!! I will not be eating...

The food is really great i had puerco con chile verde and desebrada en rojo they are my best i didn’t like the chicharron that much. The restrooms are clean the place is clean smells really good on the diner. The place was empty i was the only one at the time the chairs were a little disorganized but the tables were clean.. i give it a 4 star because the staff never greeted me they were always on the back of the kitchen talking (comadriando-chismiando) food is so awesome wish they would work on...
