IHOP — Restaurant in Texas

The food was good the service not so much took a while for us to get a server to even welcome us then to top it off the person that greeted us forgot our drinks. We had been traveling for about five hours I had just woken up was expecting great service but instead all we got was I'm sorry sir but your server forgot ur drinks. And I ask myself aren't u suppose to write down our order so you dont forget. Well after we got our drink it seemed that the server didnt even care as to what drink belong to what person she would just walk up and put the drinks on the corner of the table and would ask is there anything else u may need mind u we had already been the for a good 30 min with no napkins or silverware obvious things we will be needing for our enjoyment of our food. Servers are not there to judge the customer servers are there to one provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and to get our drink and food order it's a difficult but easy job as long as u write everything down. When walking into the restaurant we were immediately uneasy by the fact that the floors were dirty. We were told we could pick where we wanted to sit only to walk around and see almost every single table was dirty, there was syrup, water, plates, cups and crumbs from previous guests. There were about three other guests in the restaurant and our whole visit there, not once did we see someone clean the dirty tables or sweep the floors in the restaurant. When we got our food my eggs were very cold and my fries were extremely overcooked and tasted very old and greasy. The people behind us also seemed to be very dissatisfied about their visit as well. I ordered overhard eggs and they brought me scrambled eggs. I proceeded to tell the waitress to tell her that those were scrambled and that I wanted them over hard. She suggested I was wrong and that they were called over medium, and that next time I should order correctly. She took my food and brought the eggs with the yolk leaking all over the eggs. I processed telling her those eggs were not overhard. It takes common sense. Point is the brought the food however they wanted to make it. After not getting my food correctly I just didn't want my food at that point. Waitress was very rude I literally lost my appetite.
