Wish i had the option to not rate a star at all. The worst part of my last two experiences was the man who worked that day. He practically rushed me and my partner to order. He stored several times because he had to attend us. He wears black glasses and is skinny. Never made eye contact and muttered things under his breath a lot. The bathrooms were also in horrible condition and there was a wet mop in the hallway to the bathroom with water making puddles that i had to step over. This shouldn't even GET a star at all. I've been there twice HOPING to get another person to do my order, but I got the same gentleman with long black hair, skinny and glasses both times and he was ABSOLUTELY very very rude. I couldn't see his name but He had HORRIBLE customer service, complained every time I was telling him my order and made a face when i didn't tip him. I do not know his name, but if I were his manager and saw this review about I'd fire him because CLEARLY he has no patience dealing...

Lady refuses coupon asked her to show me where it read it excluded that sandwich she dismissed me by stating the owner made the decision. It’s not about the money it’s about the customer service none of the other employees were aware the the excluding either she voiced it out to them as there was a line of customers also trying to use coupons.
