Durandal and Felicita has went and continue to go beyond and above for my customer experience. They are a sincerely friends for life, cause I often run into them in the city. I would never walk past them without saying hello. I moved my life belongings from NYC straight the facility about 4 years ago. I have went thru numerous units, to parking spots you name it as this location. All have been solutions well thought out provided by them. They are also pro-active as far as billing and avoiding unnecessary fees. I honestly don't know if I could operate my business and personal life as smoothly without their guidance. I have never love coming to a storage facility ever before, where I feel so welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Yes its well kept, spacious, clean, Air Conditioned, value, well located, modern facility. Honestly the selling points are Durandal and Felicita, I would not be a 4 year customer...

I’ve rented at most of the other storage units in Northeast Philly and Bensalem before and 4 Storage is the exact opposite of all of them. Clean painted floors, good lighting to see inside your unit, easy access doors, a drive in vehicle ramp, a gate lift where you can empty your vehicle on ground level outside and it lifts like an elevator to the floor level inside, wheeled carts and it’s also climate controlled. No rain or snow to deal with. No spiders, roaches or mice to deal with like you do with the outside units. It’s just a whole different experience. The couple that manage the business are awesome, very friendly and extremely helpful. Good luck getting that at the other storage spaces. A little lower price they may offer you somewhere else is not worth the aggravation you’re guaranteed to experience if you go to the unit more than two...

This was indeed the greatest experience of my weekend Durandal Langes & Ms Felicita Langes helped me and went far and beyond my expectations.The person that rented the truck before me did not show so they rented a truck at a near by location and Felicita took me there I was presently suprised these 2 powerhouse rental managers work as a team anticipating every move and taking action, for their client I am so in Ah!
