I have had their pizza a handful of times and haven't had any issues, wouldn't recommend any other items tho as they are mediocre to just bad. Wings are okay, chicken tenders I got were burnt, they use fake cheese wiz on their steaks. Which i will never understand. Is Kraft cheese wiz THAT expensive? Roll was at least fresh. And the Pizza is good. I will give them that. With that being said..I came here to see what others had to say of Pizza City and reading the responses here from the actual establishment to actual paying customers who had a bad experience has really left a sour taste in my mouth. It shows a gross lack of respect for the people who keep their business going. So if a customer, new or loyal, has a bad experience, they're automatically a "Karen"? How mature. What a terrible look for business. Word to the wise. When one is in the business of customer service, you should consider and appreciate ALL CUSTOMER FEEDBACK, especially the negative. That way you can see where your shortcomings are and do better in the future. Accountability, responsibility, respect, customer appreciation...all things that do matter to many when deciding to spend their hard earned money with a business. Instead of calling a disgruntled customer a "karen" why not offer an apology and a chance to rectify the situation?. Then when he asked for my address he said āyeah we donāt go that farā before I could even finish saying the street name. I was confused and didnāt think he understood where I was located as itās only 3 lights away on the same street theyāre located on. The way he responded wasnāt what I expected at all, āwell why donāt you come and pick it up then since itās so close?ā in the snappiest attitude.
One thing Iām not going to do is argue over the phone about trying to give you money for sub-par pizza.
Iām speechless at how clear it is that being rude is an issue that runs rampant throughout the staff here according to other reviews yet this place still somehow gets business. I thought good customer service was kind of common sense and good practice in any business but this place is proof that it doesnāt actually matter.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrderd $60 worth of food from here sun 8/2 around 6..hile we had been moving in to a new appartment since 8 am..we asked for 2 large Pepperoni pizzas 20 Buffalo wings and a large garden salad Well the Pizza tastes as if someone took and rolled the dough ..open the can of paste and slapped it on a dough no pepperoni ...there was barely any cheese the 20 Buffalo wings was sent us with no sauce on them but it did have one lil container of sauce on sideš The garden salad not only didn't have the Caesar dressing we asked for but it looks like someone dumped a whole sandwich into the container. the young lady that answered the phone was rude to.. the gentleman who i guess was the manger.ask for the address when itold what happened but that food Was so disappointing I didn't even want him to send no more food back even if he was sending the money back ..there is no way on gods green earth they hae been doing food for 50...
