Went in today for a rooted blonde, and to blend out an ombré already on my hair. My appointment was for 12 but I arrived a little after 11:30. I asked that the stylist be very heavy with the highlights and use a lot of foils. I have a lot of hair and wanted a lot of coverage to help with blending the ombré. While she was applying bleach and doing the foils on the front of my head, I noticed she was leaving large chunks of hair in between each foil. I mentioned my concern, that I usually have a lot more foils when I get my hair done, and that with only five foils on each side of my head, there would not be much coverage. Nothing was done to address my concern. After I sat and processed and my hair was rinsed, i looked in the mirror and saw nothing that I had asked for. I had very small and stringy gray highlights that were very spaced out and did not blend into my ombré at all. Again I addressed my concern and told her that it was nothing like what I asked for and that we needed to do something to fix it. I suggested maybe putting a toner on top to help blend it. At this point the manager came over to me and was very annoyed that I was unhappy and questioned me for allegedly not knowing what I wanted. The woman who did my hair left the chair to start another clients. Another woman came over to me to apply the toner. Before she started applying, I asked what color it was and she said she didn't know. I did not want her to put a color on my hair until I knew what it was. Again the manager came over to me annoyed and told me t would blend everything to look more natural, and make my gray high lights golden blonde. I told him I wasn't sure how well this was going to help because a major concern is that it was not blending with my dark roots and the highlights were spacey. I said my real concern was how little foils she used and how little coverage the highlights did. They left the toner on for under five minutes and once rinsed, there was not a noticeable difference. I told them again I was still unhappy. The manager told me I must pay for the product I used today and he would fix it next week. I told him I was not going to pay for anything until I was satisfied with how my hair was. After about 20 minutes of back and forth arguing about whether he was going to fix my hair or not, he kicked me out of the store and told me he did not want to do my hair. I went to Chris for a haircut, showed him a picture of exactly what I wanted, very simple style with long hair. My hair was long with a straight across cut without a single layer. I wanted to add very minor long layers on the ends but not too much and a small trim. HE CUT OFF ALL OF MY HAIR!!! Gave me so many chopped short layers, my layers start right at the bottom of my ears when my hair is straight, however my hair is naturally curly so it's even shorter, that’s not long layers! It was NOT WHAT I ASKED AND LOOKS HORRIBLE! This man does not understand the meaning of a trim. I was going to get a balayage at my colorist in a couple weeks but by Chris deciding to do whatever he wanted to my hair and not what I asked for, I had to cancel my balayage appointment and now I have to wait a couple months for my hair to grow. He even told me to curl my hair when I style it so you can’t see how bad and choppy the haircut is. I’m extremely disappointed and upset. If you have long hair and don't want it all chopped off AVOID AVOID AVOIO THIS SALON. I’m done with this salon and the ignorant so called...

This place is terrible they don’t even know how to blow dry hair or style! They charged my sister and I so much money for the most embarrassing and ridiculous cut. My sister asked for a touch up and they left hair dye or over her forehead and in her ears. Today was her engagement party and she had a stained forehead and they all pretended not to understand or speak English. They lied about what they were able to do for her. A simple blow and dry and cover up cost us so much aggravation and heartache on her special day! As for me a simple blow and dry and curls was a complete disaster. The lady used some disgusting hair spray. I almost had an asthma attack when she sprayed half a bottle and told me it’s the only way the curls would stay. It turned my hair white and sticky. Stay far away from this pretend salon as this will be your biggest mistake and waste of time and money. They don’t deserve a star but I had no other way to leave a review....
