If they could get 0 stars, or a negative rating, I would absolutely use the lowest rating I could. My wife and I went to sign up , we had a day pass from their website, but were told they don't accept those. I said 'Ok, what do you have?' the guy working , whose name is Pat, said a weekly pass is $10. I said ' Ok, I'll pay for both myself and my wife , who was coming in a few minutes behind me. He took my name down and a copy of my ID bc he could not work their system.I worked out for about 45min and my wife went in as soon as I was leaving. I went out to the car to listen to the radio and I fell asleep, only to be woken up to her crying, saying that the manager came in and was verbally abusive to her, and told her to leave. Then in email I was told āoh we are going to waive your next renewal fee since you have to pay for the next two months still even though your cancelingā
