I’d like to give this place 5 stars but I was ignored for the first 30 mins by staff due to the fact my ex works here and was sitting at the front desk (I didn’t know she worked here before entering). I came in for a manicure cos I had a nasty hangnail and my cuticles were jacked. I sat down after being ignored but then she (my ex) greeted other people coming in after me, that’s when I realized what was going on. I said hi to her, apologized for disturbing her cos I didn’t know she worked there (I live down the block from this place btw) and asked to be seen. A kind pregnant woman did an amazing job on my manicure. To my ex, I am truly sorry from the bottom of my heart for whatever hurt I may or may not have left you with. I know I was a dh back then and hella immature in a lot of ways. I don’t mean to make things awkward or weird if you ever run into me. I want you to know I am a completely different person than who I was 20 years ago. Peace.

Emma’s is Top Notch. I moved to the area back in 2019 and have been coming ever since. I think it’s time to give credit! I usually went to Alex, who unfortunately is no longer with the salon, but there are so many talented Techs available; Frannie, Stephanie, Ellisa, Aly, and Joanna just to name a few. This group of individuals makes you feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Conversation comes easy with each and everyone. The owner Andy usually comes through if not already on premises and greets everyone, asking how you’re doing. I’ve added just a few of the many many sets I’ve gotten. I’ve never been unhappy unless with a color choice on my part. Sometimes I’ll even bring my daughter for service and they are very good with her and her little fingers/Toes. Last thing: Upgrade to the spa pedicure if you already don’t get one because your missing out! Thank you Emma’s.

This place does nails very professionally. Everything is always beautiful. The only downside is that it's always very busy, they dont take appointments, and they can be pricey. Sometimes you can wait up to two hours just to get started on and can be chaotic. However, they're are very clean and do an amazing jobs.

Let me just start off by saying I was extremely excited to get my nails done here, I follow the nail tech that goes by the name Frannie her instagram name is @Technailcal. Her work is exactly what I was looking for because I am in search of a new home salon and technician. When I arrived at the salon there was no one at the front to greet me, I wasn’t sure who to speak to because everyone was busy. I stood there for a good 10 minutes waiting for my tech or anyone to assist me (I had an appointment). I eventually wind up speaking to a worker that just so happened to walk by and couldn’t help me because she just started and didn’t speak English too well. Another female who worked there spoke to me after seeing the encounter and me waiting, she asked who I was there to see and if I had an appointment so of course I said yes and Frannie. She told someone that I was there for Frannie and that person proceeded to do someone else nails and not acknowledge me (I’m not sure if it was Frannie she told because she had a mask on). At this point the young lady sits me down in a chair, sets my water up for my manicure and then finishes what she was doing. I sit in the water for about 30 minutes just for that same young woman to come back to me, tell me she thanks me for being patient and she does my feet and nails. The way she did my nails was very subpar. I would never recommend anyone to go here and I would never go again. Update: one of my nails came completely off and another one of them are...

If I could give a -0 I would. I usually don’t leave reviews but my most recent experience was unacceptable. I gave this place a break because the owner rubbed me the wrong way with his condescending demeanor but that’s for a different review. I went to Tommy a couple weeks ago, very sweet but dip top coat started to peal within a week. I then tried Joanna, she was quick and sweet but was all booked for the day I tried to go. When scheduling based on your availability it generates a technician who provides that service. Fast forward, Alex was the selected technician which I had a bad intuition about but went ahead anyway. I asked for oval shaped nails and it’s so mediocre. I could’ve went to any local shop for this type of polish work and shaping. I had a chipped nail and he didn’t even repair it, just dip powered it and filed it all crocked. The polished dried all lumpy and the drill work is trash! He rushed my service, has a rude dismissive tone (had to coach the man to fix flaws during my service), placed my changed on the counter as opposed to handing it to me, and I am so disappointed. For the prices and “lux” vibes they attempt to display— nasty techs and very unsanitary stations. I will not be returning— be aware!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid $45 for this mess, not I have to get them removed and fixed elsewhere. I will NEVER spend my hard earned money in this...

Worst customer service. There was a skinny girl I don’t know her name but she shouldn’t be working there. She doesn’t know what a customer service is… I got my pedicure done with acrylic toe nail. She never asked me what shape I want and never asked if it’s good or I want anything infact one toe nail was shorter and the other foot toenail was longer. When I told her to even the length she rejected to do it and called Andy to do it. After Andy fixed it , she did rest of pedicure she never put any oil or not even massage the legs I ask her for put lotion and she told me oh you should’ve asked me first. This is the first time I have ever seen that bad service she was on video call with her bf all the time. Worst worst worst customer service and I paid 55$ for nothing. I will never recommend anyone there. That girl should have left her attitude out of work. Or even she should be out of work that girl doesn’t need to work there because she is a bad impact for all her colleagues too . Worst thing worst she didn’t even said Thankyou or sorry not even said anything when I was done that okay you’re done. She...
