Most of these stores are run by families and it’s very labor intensive and sometimes have not put time aside to around checking expiry dates on products. The suppliers to these stores are often also very deceitful and they deliver the products which have already expired and unless the owner of the shop checks every box they are unlikely to catch the culprit suppliers who do this on purpose as they have a huge stock sitting on shelves for a very long time and they want to cheat the small store owner instead of getting rid of their out of...
