The Dominican and Mexican fusion is culturally embracing and delicious! I was in the area looking for a late night bite, passed by this place and decided to stop (I’m glad I did). The staff were pleasant and patient as I placed my order for 4. The facilities was clean and bright. Now let’s talk about the food…the chimi had just the right amount of cabbage and was not drenched with mayoketchup like other chimis I’ve tried in the area (I really liked it). The chicharrón de pollo was perfectly seasoned and cooked, it was served with tostones and a salad. You can tell if a birria taco will be good just by tasting the consumé and sure enough it was. The asada tacos had so much meat, I was able to make 6 full tacos out of the 3 served. The jugo de tamarindo, parcha, and jamaica were not overly sweet and tart, they were amazing. Basically a very clean well kept no frills hole in the wall....and they don't need any frills because the food is EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! Few things to keep in mind -if you don't speak Spanish have your translator (phone or person) ready bc they speak limited English which makes ordering a bit more challenging but not impossible (and it's worth it) Also- they will not make changes to any menu item - how it's written is how it will be served i.e. I requested rice and beans instead of tostones (because I knew I wouldn't eat them and I didn't want to waste them) I didn't care about the upcharge - they gave me my order of rice and beans and in spite me saying repeatedly (we used a translation app) I still had tostones in my platter which ultimately went to waste.....it's a moderate consideration.....I also enjoyed being able to see the...

Taco Tuesday!!!! The reviews online were amazing so I came in with pretty high expectations.

The restaurant is clean, bright and the staff is so friendly! The nice lady at the counter giggled with me as i tried to pronounce things. Then I saw my food being prepared and my mouth watered.

My picky picky eaters at home loved it and asked for seconds! We had a cheese dilla, steak loaded nachos and Birra bowl.
