•Young male cashier texting •Music too loud •Wrong order(I received 5 wings instead of 15 boneless) •Missing two cups from my order •When I address the issue no apology, not even after they fix the order •Manager, short black lady, was determined that I was going to be wrong for their mistake. She also offered no apologies and didn’t even speak to about the issue. Just checked their receipt and my bag as if I was lying, but okay. •Noticed I my 2nd ranch was missing, informed the dark skin male, who immediately informed the light skin Muslim girl, who had an attitude •when I got home, I had found that the corn was overcooked, close to being burnt and a black curly hair in my ranch.

Needless to say, I’ll be driving 20 minutes to another location, rather than Chew avenue, which is two minutes away.

They manager all big and dumb and rude she looked dirty right along with the bald head one in the back cooking And was ignorant the whole entire time i was in there. Took 30 minutes for my food to come out meanwhile she sat and ate her food and didn't wash her hands. When i had a complaint about my food she was very rude and the one in back was too. Instead of asking me how i wanted my food she caught an attitude and said wingstop didn't accommodate when ALL I ASKED FOR WAS ORIGINAL HOT WITH LEMON PEPER SEASONING. it's not that's confusing but instead she got mad and said they don't do that i told her i get it anytime and every time i get wingstop and she caught even a more attitude when i said i wanted a refund because it was a extra charge she then proceeded with even a more attitude worst wing stop ever and i definitely wouldn't recommend even if they tried to...

I paid for 40 boneless with large fries and 24 bone in with corn. I received probably 35-36 boneless and 20 bone in. And I absolutely did not get the correct flavor on any of them. They even gave up and left 6 of them plain. And out of the flavored one looked bitten into. The neighborhood kids were playing and stealing the soda. They were cursing and dancing and carrying on. The manager sat in the corner. He looked visibly frightened. The younger staff was over it. No one cared. And the food took forever. This is why we can’t have anything. I’ll take the drive to cedarbrook or any other place. Do not go to the chew Ave location near LaSalle. You’ll regret it. If the store doesn’t rob you like they robbed me, the customers might.
